They walked down the aisle after 15 years of dating. Armen Dzhigarkhanyan it was 80 and Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya- 36. Of course, gossips They predicted a short life for this union, but in the first months after the registry office it seemed that the newlyweds were happy. Everything changed a year later: the People's Artist of the USSR accused his newly-made wife of robbing him completely, and he intends to sue, and before that Vitalina went to the police with a statement about the kidnapping of her husband, who was allegedly in an inadequate state. A romantic love story that began many years ago ended in a banal scandal and, apparently, is headed for divorce.

First meeting

The future spouses first met in 1994, when Dzhigarkhanyan was on tour in Kyiv. 15-year-old Vitalina approached the famous actor for an autograph, joining the impressive army of the artist’s fans: she read all of Armen Borisovich’s interviews, watched films with his participation, and attended performances. A closer acquaintance with the idol took place 6 years later. The girl gave Dzhigarkhanyan a note through her friend who worked in the theater. The actor called her and invited her to come to the dressing room for a cup of tea before the performance. The conversation between them developed from the first seconds. They were brought together by music: Vitalina studied piano at the conservatory, Armen Borisovich was well versed in classical music. But after a heartfelt conversation, they parted again and met only when the girl finally moved to Moscow.

Up the career ladder

In 2008, Dzhigarkhanyan invited Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya to become the head of the musical department in his theater; she selected the musical design for performances. Literally a year later, Armen Borisovich had a stroke. Although the actor was married then, he lived alone, since his wife Tatyana Vlasova by that time she was firmly established in America and practically never came to the capital. Dzhigarkhanyan often ate at the theater buffet and, like many other creative people, did not take care of his health. One day he forgot to take a drug that the doctor prescribed for him and ended up in a hospital bed. Then Vitalina took care of the artist into her own hands. After some time, Armen Borisovich returned to work in the theater and even appeared on stage in the premiere play “The Theater of the Times of Nero and Seneca.”

Attentive and...young

Vitalina said more than once in interviews that the romance between her and Dzhigarkhanyan did not begin immediately. There were too many obstacles on the path to family happiness: an impressive age difference, different social status. In addition, it was difficult for the famous actor to believe in the sincerity of the girl’s intentions. But Vitalina’s attention prevailed, and soon they became a real couple. The lovers were constantly together: at home, at work and at social events.

The more than 40-year age difference between Dzhigarkhanyan and his new passion, of course, gave rise to many rumors about the latter’s selfish plans. But one nuance cast doubt on the accusations of spiteful critics: Armen Borisovich was officially married to another woman, which means that if something happened, all his property would go to his legal wife. However, in 2016, the actor decided to put an end to his relationship with Tatyana Vlasova, which lasted almost fifty years, and marry Vitalina.

There might not have been a wedding

Dzhigarkhanyan proposed marriage at the premiere of “A Christmas Story” at the Mariinsky Theater in January 2016, and the wedding took place in February. As Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya said in one of her interviews, she proposed setting a registration date for March, since it was in this month that the couple met. However, Armen Borisovich told her that he could not wait that long.

On the eve of the wedding, the actor was hospitalized. Vitalina was not completely sure that the wedding would take place. But on day X, the loving groom ran away from the doctors and finally came to the registry office. The ceremony was modest, without lavish feasts and festivities. Having become husband and wife, the newlyweds went to the theater.

After the stamp

It seemed that in family life Armen Borisovich was a real idyll. However, in October 2017, news appeared in the press that Dzhigarkhanyan was hiding from his young wife in the hospital, accusing her of theft and flatly refusing to let Vitalina into his room.

Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya herself interprets this unpleasant story differently. The woman claims that her husband is very ill and was abducted, and she did not know about his whereabouts for several days, so she contacted the police.

Friend of Dzhigarkhanyan Arthur Soghomyan, who helped the artist go to the hospital, claims that serious disputes arose between the spouses not only on financial grounds, because the girl allegedly transferred all her husband’s property to herself, but also on creative grounds. In 2015, Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya took the position of general director of the Moscow Drama Theater under the direction of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan and began to implement productions on its stage that her husband did not like. And when the scandal broke out, she even issued an order according to which Armen Borisovich was forbidden to cross the threshold of his own theater.

After Dzhigarkhanyan’s “escape”, the spouses do not communicate and, apparently, there is no point in talking about reconciliation of the parties, since Armen Borisovich announced his desire to divorce Vitalina and deprive her of her position. Alas, even the third marriage did not become truly happy for the actor.

It follows from it that the home was registered in the name of Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya the day before the marriage was registered

As soon as 82-year-old People's Artist of the USSR Armen Dzhigarkhanyan left the hospital, he immediately went to file for divorce from his once beloved wife Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya. There are, unfortunately, good reasons for this. The editors of "MK" publishes a document from which it follows that with light hand The wonderful actor's wife was left homeless.

As MK previously reported, a loud scandal in the family of the famous actor struck like a bolt from the blue on October 17. Armen Dzhigarkhanyan without hesitation accused his young wife Vitalina of stealing money from him: “She is a thief, this is a vile story...”. In addition, the director was dissatisfied with the way his wife, being the director of the theater named after him, exercised leadership. A complete surprise for him was the fact that Vitalina turned to the Ministry of Culture with a request to dismiss him from the post of artistic director for health reasons. But as a result, Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya herself lost her job. Because of the big fuss, the woman avoids communicating with the press. Her lawyer Irina Mazur told reporters that Vitalina “is having a hard time experiencing what happened - she doesn’t eat or sleep.”

Dzhigarkhanyan himself is not going to return to his wife. Moreover, Armen Borisovich is also going to sue for his property, since he now has nowhere to live. He owned three apartments, which Dzhigarkhanyan personally transferred to his chosen one before the wedding. At the same time, he was sure that one of the apartments in the west of the capital half belonged to him, but it turned out that this was not the case. From the document that we present, it follows: the apartment on Molodogvardeyskaya Street was registered the day before the registration of Dzhigarkhanyan’s marriage with Tsymbalyuk. This means that the artist has nothing to do with it!

Marriage certificate of Dzhigarkhanyan and Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya.

Vitalina’s representative Irina Mazur is confident that in the event of a divorce, all the actor’s property will go to his wife, and Dzhigarkhanyan himself will be placed in a hospice. “I want to say hello to all those people who are pitting Armen Borisovich against Vitalina. I ask them to think about it, because in the event of a divorce, he will simply end up in a hospice as a disabled person,” the lawyer said.

On October 23, World Court District No. 202 accepted Dzhigarkhanyan’s claim for divorce. The conversation is scheduled for November 9. The case will be heard behind closed doors,” Daria Galkina, press secretary of the Kuntsevsky Court of Moscow, told MK.

Journalists spoke with businessman Arthur Soghomonyan, who has been with the actor since 1995 and is now helping him during his illness and separation from his wife

Arthur, tell us what happened to Armen Borisovich? Why does his wife announce the abduction of her husband and mention your name and another one - Hayrapet Oganesyan?

I am a close friend of Armen Borisovich. When he called and asked for help, another friend of ours, Hayrapet Oganesyan, and I did not stand aside.

- How did Dzhigarkhanyan end up in the hospital?

This was preceded by an unsuccessful musical premiere, staged by Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya. Armen Borisovich did not want the play to go ahead. He was weak and raw. For three days he spent the night in an office in the theater, sitting in a chair. Vitalina did not give him medications, but this is very dangerous for him - his diabetes worsens. On the fourth day, October 8, he went home and there he found out that Vitalina had deceived him and was releasing the play. Then he called Airapet (I was out of town) and asked him to pick him up. The next day I arrived. We went to the hospital to check his well-being, because Armen Borisovich looked unwell. Vitalina also arrived. I asked her to give me a list of the medications he takes, his passport and clothes. She promised me. I sent a driver, he stood there for hours, but she never gave me anything. We sent Armen Borisovich to the 57th city hospital. This is his fifth day there. Now in good condition. We changed his phone number so he wouldn't be bombarded with calls. And since Vitalina hid his passport, he had to go to the passport office, report the loss of his passport and issue a new one.

- So what is the reason for their conflict?

Vitalina greatly and deeply upset him. Armen Borisovich wants to change the situation. He's tired of her lying all the time. She wrote a statement to the police that it had been stolen, although she knew perfectly well where he was and who he was with. And Armen Borisovich had to go to the department and write that all this was not true. But Vitalina did not calm down, the next day she came to the hospital and there she already wrote a statement against me. The police came to the clinic, made sure everything was fine, and apologized profusely.

-Has the relationship deteriorated for a long time?

Yes, and Armen Borisovich is categorically determined to get a divorce. This is not today's decision. He is upset by what is happening to the theater: very unprofessional management and many strange facts. Armen Borisovich called Sergei Sobyanin and asked that they check the theater for the entire period when Vitalina managed it. And tomorrow we will write an official letter to the Ministry of Culture.

- So, this is, first of all, a production conflict?

Armen Borisovich and I started together in 1995. He was then an actor at the Mayakovsky Theater and a teacher at VGIK. And when he graduated from the course, he became so close to the guys that he felt sorry to let them go. Then he came to me and said: I want to somehow save this troupe. I then bought a premises on Sportivnaya and renovated it. And we started playing there. And then Yuri Luzhkov allocated a building, which we also renovated together. Both with the help of sponsors and with the help of the state. Today the main stage of his theater is located there. I for a long time was a sponsor of the theater, not alone, of course. But after Vitalina appeared, the centers of creativity there shifted to some kind of showdown... She, frankly speaking, took advantage of the fact that Armen Borisovich was in the hospital with a stroke, and began her life in the theater. The first thing she did was fire 11 actors from the theater, and these were the leading actors - Duzhnikov, Merzlikin, Kapustin... These guys with Armen were 15 years old. Naturally, they did not really perceive her as a leader. But she continues to command there.

- Is there really no authority over her? Did he fire her as director?

Armen Borisovich cannot legally do this. Vitalina changed the statutory documents several years ago. And according to the new charter, Armen Borisovich is the artistic director, but all decisions are made by the general director, that is, she. She can fire him, but he can’t fire her. Vitalina has already sent a letter to the Ministry of Culture with a request to remove Armen Borisovich from his position due to his state of health.

- How did Dzhigarkhanyan react to this?

Armen Borisovich wrote a letter, we handed it over, it was read out to the theater staff, expressing no confidence in the management headed by Vitalina Tsimbalyuk-Romanovskaya. He will recover and return to work. But purely legally, we will ask the Ministry of Culture to take action, because only they can appoint or remove a director. Of course, while this team is in charge there, Armen Borisovich not only won’t go, but even if he comes, a conflict of completely different instructions will simply begin there. It won't lead to anything good.

- How did Armen Borisovich allow himself to be excommunicated from power?

I trusted him a lot. And now he worries about it. He has deep human disappointment. Vitalina took her mother, father, friends, and people not related to the theater to work. Vitalina has three of her own companies that provide some services to the theater. And we ask the prosecutor's office to conduct a financial audit. Today the theater is in debt and is delaying tax payments. Everything that concerns everyday issues, Vitalina is quite skilled in them. I transferred all the accounts to myself, all the apartments. Armen Borisovich took this calmly. But when the theater produces half-finished performances one after another, and his name is on the posters, he could no longer stand it.

- What will happen to his apartments and money?

All property is transferred to Vitalina. When we talk now, he admits that he talked himself into a lot of things. I understood that this was not sincere and there was something else behind it. And we even convinced ourselves that maybe it would work out: Vitalina was nearby, giving him medicine, because he had a second stroke because he forgot to take the drugs that were prescribed to him. We saw great mercantile interests on her part. And all the time there are some intrigues, showdowns, trials. Before this, Armen lived for almost 80 years and never participated in any court. I talked to her: Vitalina, if you want to make peace, we are allies, we will try, but what you are doing is aimed at destruction. Now Armen Borisovich is quite categorical. I think, knowing him, he will do what he plans to do.

- Now we need to return at least some of his apartments to Armen Borisovich...

There are two apartments there. One that Vitalina had nothing to do with. She simply insisted that he re-register it in her name. The other one, which they bought when they were married. Plus there was some money in the account. I really hope that we will reach a peaceful agreement. I don't want to go to court.

- What if Vitalina doesn’t want to return the property?

If she doesn’t give it up voluntarily, Armen Borisovich is determined to sue. At the same time, he is not against dividing everything in half, as required by law. But she and her lawyers are building some schemes. I asked to give up one of the apartments, and they laughed and said: “Don’t you know that it has already been sold?”

- What apartment are you talking about?

In Rublevsky Suburb there is a one-room apartment. At one time, Armen Borisovich bought it, I made repairs there, and Armen Borisovich lived there. But then, not yet being Armen Borisovich’s wife, Vitalina persuaded her to re-register it as her name. He said that he was ready to bequeath the apartment, but she insisted on re-registration. And now, it turns out, she has resold this apartment.

- Does anyone live in it?

No one. It's empty. Resale is purely formal.

- Where did Armen Borisovich and Vitalina live?

Two or three weeks ago they moved to a new apartment, which they purchased in Moscow. But quarrels began over another unsuccessful premiere...

In less than a year of marriage, Vitalina received half of everything that the famous artist had accumulated over 82 years. I assume that the apartment in which she managed to live is worth several tens of millions?

Yes. Nice area, quite expensive. I think that was her goal too. But I repeat, today we hope to come out of this situation peacefully. And I hope that Armen Borisovich has many more things destined by God. He has passion. He intends to work. He has good ideas. He has the condition of a healthy working person. He told me: tell Vitalina to give me one apartment and keep the rest for herself. But she refused.

- Armen Borisovich was left without property?

Today, yes. After leaving the hospital, it is not entirely clear where he should go. We will be looking for an apartment to rent. Thank God, he has friends and we will correct this situation, he will not have problems with housing or money. You know, we were sitting in a friend’s kitchen and Armen said: imagine, I’m 82 years old, and have nowhere to go. How far have you lived?

The World Court began divorce proceedings Armen Dzhigarkhanyan and Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya. The actor himself initiated the divorce, and his wife gave her consent. Both spouses did not attend the preliminary hearing. However, Dzhigarkhanyan met with our film crew and gave his first interview on the conflict in his family.

After the dramatic events in the life of the popular and beloved artist, the Vesti film crew was the first to enter Dzhigarkhanyan’s office. The masters were found in a great mood and at work. I was so carried away by preparing for the role that I forgot about the cable of wires from medical devices hanging from under my jacket.

"Rehearsals! The most wonderful, most desirable activity, because then a miracle happens, when suddenly Vasya turns into Kolya and he believes! Here I am 80 years old, I went on stage and convince everyone that I am playing Seneca... Wait, he’s Dzhigarkhanyan, it’s written here! No! This is Seneca!! - When is your next appearance on stage? - Two weeks, in my opinion,” said the People’s Artist of the USSR.

Divorce is such a sore subject for the artist that he only learned from us about the first court hearing, which took place today in the Kuntsevo Magistrate’s Court.

“By agreement with the court, the hearings are held behind closed doors, no comments, I ask you to leave the premises,” said Elina Mazur, representative of Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya.

Dzhigarkhanyan’s wife Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya was not in court either. He resigned from his post as general director after the searches began in the theater. According to media reports, she may be accused of embezzling 80 million rubles.

“Today, they supported the demand that was stated by us and were also ready for a divorce. - When will property claims be stated and how? - After the divorce, these will be separate processes,” explained Evgeny Parfenov, Armen Dzhigarkhanyan’s lawyer.

“I would like this to be in favor of both that side and this side, for this it means that we must not lie, although there is a lot of pain, a lot of resentment, and a mouth full of dissatisfaction,” Dzhigarkhanyan shared.

He didn’t say a word about the fact that he himself had been stripped to the bone - all his property, including three apartments, turned out to be transferred to his young wife.

Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya's representative, Elina Mazur, despite promising to explain the position of her trustee after the meeting, chose to leave in English, running down the stairs through the back door of the court.

Meanwhile, Dzhigarkhanyan’s theater has ceased to be a besieged fortress, plays performances, rehearses, and prepares for premieres.

“We are a state institution, and therefore we do not have the right to stop work because some kind of earthquake occurs in the personal relationships of famous people in the country,” said Vyacheslav Dyachenko, head of the troupe of the Moscow Drama Theater under the direction of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan.

The Master's student, director Andrei Krupnik, is preparing his debut performance for the premiere - "Krechinsky's Wedding".

“I was most afraid, it’s just that the theme here seems to be somewhat consonant - “Krechinsky’s Wedding”, marriage for money,” he said.

Dzhigarkhanyan says that this is the magic of the theater, when sometimes it is very difficult to draw the line between life and the stage.

“I don’t want to look like a comedian, but it’s so... it’s literally right there. This thing is very difficult for me, because I’m many years old, I thought that now I’m going to calmly meet another life, and then this life burst into me me. She... I don’t know who’s to blame and I don’t want to know who’s to blame. Time will pass, we’ll calm down, we’ll get to know each other even more deeply, then life will take us there and tell me, Jigachka, don’t go there anymore,” said Armen Borisovich.

The most filmed actor in the history of the USSR. 250 legendary roles in cinema, theater, radio and cartoons. But even today he says that he is not tired yet, that the main role still awaits him.

On the talk show “Live,” Vitalina’s representative, Elina Mazur, said that Armen Borisovich provided a document in court that has no legal force, so his divorce from Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya may be declared invalid.

Despite the fact that Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya and Armen Dzhigarkhanyan a week ago, passions around this story still do not subside. In today’s episode of the talk show “Live” with Andrei Malakhov, Vitalina’s representative, Elina Mazur, appeared. From the first minutes of the broadcast, the woman stated that the passport that Dzhigarkhanyan provided in court was invalid, so his divorce from Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya could be declared invalid.

“After the divorce, we studied the power of attorney, on the basis of which legal actions were carried out, and found out an amazing thing. It turns out that Armen Borisovich has two passports, and one of them was issued exactly at the very time when, according to the 57th Central Clinical Hospital, he was in a state of moderate severity, that is, he could not move. This power of attorney was issued on the same day, and subsequent documents were drawn up on the basis of Armen Borisovich’s old passport, for example, his appeal to the police department,” says a representative of the artist’s ex-wife.

Elina Mazur contacted the prosecutor's office to check the document provided by Armen Borisovich. Dzhigarkhanyan’s lawyer, in turn, stated that Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya’s representatives do not have a legal education, and therefore cannot operate with concepts sufficiently. In addition, Vitalina and Elina, according to the expert, use every opportunity to attract the attention of the press to this story.

“It’s hard to comment on such statements because they are legally illiterate. Representatives of Vitalina Viktorovna need an additional news feed to inflate the emotional aspects of this high-profile scandal. Armen Borisovich received a passport absolutely legally, if the parties have any doubts about this, they have the right to express them,” Evgeny Parfenov said live.
