Preheat the oven to 200 C. In a large bowl, mix 1/4 cup flour, ½ teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper. In another medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, eggs and 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons flour. Whisk until smooth.


The chips must be crushed well. Peel the onion and cut into rings about a centimeter wide.
