Description

The principle of knitting knee socks is exactly the same as when knitting socks. in the classic way. We start knitting knee socks with knitting needles from the top.

We dial 64p. and go to circular knitting, distributing the loops over 4 knitting needles (16 pieces each). We knit 4 cm of elastic and start knitting the openwork pattern.

Having knitted 33 cm, we begin to knit the heel. We do this using the usual description of classic heel knitting for beginners. We work on half the loops (32 pcs.), i.e. on two knitting needles. We perform knitting with forward and reverse knitting. satin stitch 20 rub.

To round the heel, we divide all the loops (32 pcs.) into three parts: 11 sts + 10 sts. +11p.=32p. We continue to knit only the central 10 stitches, grabbing one loop from the outer parts in each row.

We knit these loops with the outer loops of the central part into one loop. As a result, we will only have 10 points of the central part left.

On the side parts of the heel we lift 10 stitches from the edges on each side. We put the previously set aside loops into work and again switch to circular knitting. Moreover, we knit the faces at the bottom of the product. satin stitch, and the top with an openwork pattern.

Having knitted it to the height of the little finger (it is advisable to try it on), we make decreases on the toe: on both sides we knit the outer loops on the knitting needles two at a time.

Moreover, at the beginning of the row it will simply be knitting two loops into one, and at the end - the so-called. broach: remove 1p. as the front one, we knit 1 l. and stretch it through the removed st. For one row we decrease in this way 4 sts.

When on each sp. There will be 2 stitches left. We break the thread, thread it through the remaining loops, tighten it, and bring it out to the wrong side. side, fasten. Golfs are ready!

  • persons satin stitch: in circular knitting, all stitches are knit;
  • patterns according to diagrams.

Knitting density: on jacquard pattern 25 loops correspond to 10 cm.

Description and diagrams for beginners

For convenience, the diagrams in the description are divided into two: harnesses and jacquard, which, in turn, is divided into several parts.

We cast on 60 stitches with a red thread and distribute it into 4 sp., put a marker and switch to circular knitting. Having knitted 8p. persons p., continue according to diagram No. 1, repeat the rapport 15 times per row, perform from the 2nd to the 6th row. and then repeat from the 3rd to the 6th row. 4 times. Following the river evenly add 8 stitches.

We get 68p. We continue knitting according to cx. No. 2:

1st p.: repeat rapport from 2p. for the entire row;

2p.: according to the scheme;

3p.: white yarn knits. P.;

4p.: white yarn knits. p., evenly adding 4 p. Total -72p.

We continue knitting according to cx. No. 2, starting from the 3rd day. Having knitted from the 4th to the 15th row, white. color knit 2p. Then 16 rubles. and 17 rub.

Change the color to red. and knit plaits according to cx. No. 1: 1r, from 2nd to 6th r. and from the 3rd to the 6th r., 1 r. persons P.

We continue along cx. No. 2: 1st r., 2nd r., from 18th to 32nd r. Two rubles persons loop white color. In the last r. decrease 8 sts evenly. 64 sts remain.

We work according to cx. No. 2: knit the 16th row, decreasing 4 stitches. , 17th r.

Change the color to red. and tie along cx. No. 1: from the 1st to the 6th r., from the 3rd to the 6th r. 3rd r.

Let's move on to cx. No. 2: 1 rub., 2 rub. In the last r. decrease evenly 4p. We have 56 p. Then knit from the 33rd to the 45th p.

Again we return to white: 2p. persons with a decrease of 4p. in the last r. We have 52p. Next - cx. No. 2: 16th r. and 17th r.

Red thread: 1p. persons., then: *1l. red, 1 l. gray* – repeat from * to * – for the entire row. Knit 7 such rows. Complete 1p. red

Heel design

The knitting principle is the same as the previous model. Red thread of faces Ch. knit 26r. by 26 p. We distribute them like this: 8p.+10p.+8p.=26p.

Having formed the heel, after decreasing we get 10 stitches on the knitting needle. Along the edges of the heel we raise 14 stitches. at both sides. We make one decrease: 2p. knit in 1 p. Taking all the loops into work, we get 63 stitches on the knitting needles. We knit them in a circle: on the 1st and 4th sp. persons Ch., on the 2nd and 3rd sp. jacquard pattern.

We make reductions:

1st: *2l. red, 1l. white* – from * to * repeat three times, ** 2l. red, white broach, 3 l. red, 1l. white** – from ** to ** repeat 7 times, ***3l. red, 2p. in 1l. white*** – repeat from *** to *** 5 times. Total 59p.

We continue to decrease until there are 2 rubles in each. there will be no 55p.

Foot

Continue: 1p. purple, 1 rub. white, from 49th r. to 61st r. according to cx. No. 2, 1r. white, 1 rub. purple, from 46th to 48th r. according to cx. No. 2.

We do: 1 rub. purple, 1 rub. red. Next r.: *2l. red, 1l. white* – repeat from * to * until the end of the r. Do this 3 more times.

Continue: decrease 7 p.: * 2 p. in 1l. red, 1l. white* – repeat from * to *. We have 47p. Having completed 4 p. according to the drawing, following. R. decrease 7p. We have 40p. Another 3 rubles. red

Toe

The first and last sts of each sp. we knit 2p. in 1p. We have 32p.

In 3 rubles repeat the series of decreases. After another 2 rubles. - a series of decreases. We have 16p.

In another 1 ruble. - a series of decreases. Break the thread, thread it through the remaining loops, pull it off, bring it to the wrong side and fasten.

If desired, you can roll on the top edge - see photo. To do this, we turn the edge under and crochet with a purple thread: a double crochet at the strand on the wrong side, *4 chain stitches, 1 double crochet between the strands on the front side*. Repeat from * to * for the entire row. The height of the roll is about 1 cm.

For the ties, make cords from thread in several folds. You can crochet a lace from air loops. Pull the lace through the holes - see photo. Tie knots at the ends of the cord.

Description of knitting a pullover with braids:

Back:

Cast on 122 (130) 142 stitches on the knitting needles and for the placket, starting from the 1st purl row, knit 9 cm with pattern 1, while in the last purl row add 1 (3) 1 p. = 123 (133) 143 p. Continue working with the pattern 2 between edges. At the same time, close for a side bevel on both sides in every 12th row from the bar 9x1 p. = 105 (115) 125 p. After 40.5 cm = 124 rows (38.5 cm = 118 rows) 36.5 cm = 112 rows from the bar, close for armholes on both sides 1 x 5 p., then in every 2nd row 2 x 2 p. and 2 x 1 p. = 83 (93) 103 p. After 60.5 cm = 184 rows from close the straps for the shoulder bevel on both sides 1 x 7 (8) 9 p., then in the next 2nd row 1 x 7 (8) 9 p. Simultaneously with the start of knitting the shoulder bevel, close the middle 33 (37) 41 p for the neck .and finish both sides separately. To round the inner edge, close off 1 x 3 stitches in the next 2nd row. After 61.5 cm = 188 rows from the bar, close off the remaining 8 (9) 10 stitches each.

Before:

Cast on 122 (130) 142 stitches on the knitting needles and knit the bar as on the back, but in the last purl row only for size 2 add 2 sts = 122 (132) 142 sts. Continue working as follows: edge, 31 (36 ) 41 p. pattern 2, 14 p. pattern 3, 30 p. pattern 5, 14 p. pattern 4, 31 (36) 41 p. pattern 2, edge. Attention! For size 2, finish pattern 2 with loops up to the arrow, while replacing the loops at the end of the pattern, highlighted in gray in the diagram, with purl loops. At the same time, make side bevels as on the back = 104 (114) 124 p. Also make armholes as on the back = 82 (92) 102 p. For a deeper neckline, after 56.5 cm = 172 rows from the bar, close the middle 14 (18) 22 sts and finish both sides separately. To round along the inner edge, cast off 2 x 3 sts, 2 x 2 sts and 2 x 1 sts in every 2nd row. Shoulder bevel perform on both sides as on the back.

Sleeves:

Cast on 54 (58) 66 stitches on knitting needles No. 4.5 for each sleeve and knit 9 cm for the placket with pattern 1, while in the last purl row add 4 (0) 2 sts = 58 (58) 68 sts. Continue working pattern 2, in this case, start with 1 edge and loops before the repeat, perform repeat 4 (4) 5 times, finish with loops to the arrow, while the loops at the end of the row, highlighted in gray in the diagram, are replaced with purl loops, edge. At the same time, add 8 x 1 p. for the bevel of the sleeves on both sides in every 12th row from the bar (alternately in every 6th and 8th row 13 x 1 p.) alternately in every 6th and 8th row 13 x 1 p. acc. pattern = 74 (84) 94 p. After 34 cm = 104 rows from the bar, close the sleeves for piping on both sides 1 x 4 p., then in every 2nd row 1 x 2 p., 16 x 1 p. and 2 x 3 p. (2 x 2 p., 13 x 1 p., 2 x 2 p. and 2 x 3 p.) 4 x 2 p., 10 x 1 p., 3 x 2 p. and 2 x 3 p. After 47 cm = 144 rows from the bar, close off the remaining 18 (22) 26 p.

Assembly:

sew shoulder seams. For the collar, cast on 104 (112) 120 stitches on circular needles along the edge of the neckline and knit with pattern 1 in circular rows. After 20 cm from the beginning of knitting the collar, close all the loops according to the pattern. Sew in the sleeves, sew the sleeve seams and side seams.

A braided eye always looks beautiful. This pattern can become the “highlight” of any knitted item. It is especially well suited for golf. Due to the pattern, the product stretches well, and the socks fit tightly on the leg. The vertical lines of the pattern make the legs visually slimmer.

To knit warm knee socks, you will need about 200 grams of wool or wool blend yarn and five No. 4 knitting needles. Knitting density – 24 loops (28 rows) per 10 cm.

For each golf course, you need to cast on 64 loops on the knitting needles, divide 14 loops into 4 knitting needles. Knit the first 14 rows with 2x2 rib.

Then switch to the braid pattern. The diagram shows one pattern repeat. It needs to be done twice in width. In the diagram, the arrow indicates the middle of the front and back of the golf course. The first row of the pattern is a transition from the elastic band. It shows the places where loops will be added. There is no need to repeat it. In purl rows not shown in the diagram, the loops are knitted according to the pattern.

Description:

  • Crossed loops Option 1. Cross the third loop to the left. To do this, knit the 3rd loop behind the 1st and 2nd loops with the front one crossed. Then, leaving it on the left needle, knit the 1st and 2nd loops. Drop all stitches from the left needle.
  • Crossed loops Option 2. Cross the third loop to the left. To do this, leave two loops on the auxiliary needle before work, purl the next loop, then knit the loops from the auxiliary needle.
  • Crossed loops Option 3. Cross the third loop to the right. To do this, leave the 1st loop on the auxiliary needle while working, knit the next two loops, then purl the loop from the auxiliary needle.
  • Entwined loops. Transfer five loops to an auxiliary knitting needle and twist the working thread 6 times (working thread behind the work), then transfer the loops, without knitting, to the right knitting needle.

After 64 rows, decrease the loops: 12 times in each strip of purl loops, knit 2 purl loops together. This is necessary so that the knee socks fit the legs well, because the leg becomes thinner in this place. There will be 56 loops left in the work, and we continue to knit the pattern with them. Instead of two purl loops between the “braids” there will now be one purl loop.

After 25 rows, proceed to knitting the heel. Leave 31 stitches on the knitting needles for the front part of the golf, they are temporarily not involved in knitting. On the remaining 25 loops, knit the heel. To make the heel denser (and therefore more wear-resistant), we added a durable synthetic thread to the knitting. You don't have to do this.

Knit 18 rows in stockinette stitch. Then divide the heel loops into three parts: 8 loops, 9 loops, 8 loops. Knit on middle 9 loops in forward and reverse directions.

How to shape the heel:

  1. At the end of each front row last stitch out of nine, knit with the next loop slanting to the left.
  2. Turn the work, remove the knitted loop (thread in front of the loop), knit the row to the end.
  3. At the end of each purl row, purl the last stitch of nine with the next stitch together.
  4. Turn the work, remove the knitted loop (thread by loop), knit the row to the end.

Repeat until all other stitches are worked on both sides of the middle nine stitches.

After this, cast on the heel edge loops on the knitting needles (9 loops on each side). Grab them by the back wall.

Knit in the round again: on 31 stitches of the upper part of the golf course there is a pattern of “braids” (don’t forget that the “braids” are now separated by only one purl loop), on 27 loops of the lower part of the golf course (foot) - in stockinette stitch. In the first row, knit the cast-on heel stitches with knit stitches crossed. Then, in every third row, knit the first stitches of the bottom of the foot together. Decrease the loops twice.

There are currently 54 stitches on the needles: 31 patterned stitches and 24 stockinette stitches. We knit the next 34 rows of the foot, and then we begin to knit the toe.

To do this, you need to completely switch to the front surface. From the little finger side, five times in every second row, knit two loops together with a knit stitch, one loop with a knit stitch, two loops together with a slant to the left. There will be 44 stitches left on the needles.

Now we close the loops from the side thumb. We knit two loops together, one loop and two loops together with a slant to the left on both sides in each row (6 rows in total).

There will be 10 loops on the knitting needles on both sides. They need to be sewn. This way we will get a beautiful toe that fits exactly on the leg.

The golf socks are ready. In cold weather, your feet will always be warm!

Every girl wore knee socks during her school years, and the more beautiful they were, the more elegant the little first-grader looked. Sheep socks – warm and creative

Investing imagination and a piece of their soul, home craftswomen transform ordinary knitted knee socks into a small work of art.

The description of such a beautiful work fits into several points. The loops are cast on in the round or divided into 4 knitting needles for seamless knitting. It is better to knit an elastic band with mixed yarn, wool plus elastic thread.

The fabric is knitted to the ankle with the “Fur” pattern, this simple motive It is performed by winding the working thread onto a finger (2-3 turns) and securing the fur curl with a facial loop.

Heel knitting patterns are the same for both socks and golf socks. The heel loops are divided into three parts. The central loops are knitted back and forth with a decrease in each row of side loops by 2 together.

When the heel is ready, you need to restore all the decreased stitches with a set of edge stitches and continue knitting in stockinette stitch to the base of the thumb. The toe is made by decreasing loops in 2 or 4 places until the product is completely closed.

The ears and eyes are made separately, sewn to the fabric, and the muzzle is embroidered with black thread.

A creative approach to needlework gives rise to completely unusual styles. You can knit such knee socks with knitting needles in a couple of evenings, but the joy from such a product will be enough for the entire cold winter.
