What I have collected today is suitable for a situation where several families with children gather in one apartment to celebrate the New Year. Some part of the evening should definitely be dedicated to little guests, agree.

It will be even more fun if adults participate! A real family holiday!

What we have?

All children are different ages, but with the same desire to have fun. There will be no invited Santa Claus (or this is a 5-minute formality), and you have failed to raise your own in the team.

There is no room in the apartment for very active games; you did not have time to create complex props for games.

Well? Fits? Read on!

New Year's competitions for children I will give thematic blocks. Choose suitable options, create a program taking into account the alternation of active and calm competitions.

First, about what ALREADY IS on my site and what can be added:

And further!

Look interesting ideas in other scenarios: , (this is my favorite selection),
Add several competitions for kids to the script and you’ll get a full-fledged program!

LET'S CONTINUE!!

Lotteries and fortune telling

From experience, both children and adults always like it. Apparently, everyone is interested in looking into the future and testing their luck.

Choice of Father Frost and Snow Maiden

We put notes in the capsules from the kinders (you can just use paper parcels in a bag). All participants of the feast are pulling! On one note there is “Father Frost”, on the other there is “Snow Maiden”. All the others may be empty, but it’s better to give out New Year’s roles to all guests: snowflakes (there can be 20 of them), Grandma Winter, The Snow Queen, Snowman and so on. If Santa Claus is 2 years old and Snow Maiden is 55, you have succeeded :-)!

Now we announce the first New Year's dance for the lucky ones! Don’t forget to put on the necessary attributes and take a photo of them near the Christmas tree.

Success Prediction

Everyone is pleased to know that only success awaits in the future. Therefore, we put the names of everyone present, written on pieces of paper, into a hat and voice questions like these:

— Who will study best in the new year? (pull out the piece of paper...)

- Kate! (well, or Grandma Tanya...)

  • Who will make the great discovery?
  • Who will find the treasure?
  • Who will win the lottery?
  • Who will receive the most gifts?
  • Who will have the most good news in the new year?
  • Who will travel a lot?
  • Who is waiting for the most big surprise in 2015?
  • Who will be the most successful at work (at school)?
  • Who will be the most athletic in the new year?
  • Who will be the healthiest?
  • Who will become famous?
  • Who will have the biggest dream come true?

What's in the black box...

Now we will all be psychics. Place a box (perhaps a shoe box) on a chair in the center of the room and ask them to guess what is in there. Allow guests to approach the box and make movements with their hands, copying the magicians.

We begin to accept one answer option from each person present. Children naturally assume the presence of toys, adults - anything.

You can really put it in a box valuable thing, which is suitable for any gender and age (a cup with the symbol of the year, for example), or you can use a cracker. Let everyone receive confetti for their efforts :-). By the way, now there are firecrackers from which $100 bills fly out.

New Year's word...

Prepare a bunch of small prizes (sweets, chocolate medals, chewing gum, calendars).

Can be done at the table: Look under your plates! Each of you has one letter!” (write the letters in advance on cards)

So here it is. Now we ask you to name “New Year’s” words for each of these letters. For every word - a PRIZE!

But we give something more substantial to the one who puts the letters together into the word “Snow Maiden”.

  • WITH- snow, icicles, snowflakes, snowballs, candles
  • N- new year, outfit
  • E- spruce
  • G- guests, garland
  • U- luck, food, decoration,
  • R- practical jokes,
  • ABOUT- Olivie
  • H- watch
  • TO— confetti, calendar, clown, karaoke, costume
  • A- applause, aroma, angel, actor

You can name the dishes that come on New Year's table, fairy-tale characters in which guests are dressed up, drinks, games, natural phenomena, and so on.

Who is faster?

Chiming clock

Divide children and adults into 2 teams. We give everyone decorations for the Christmas tree and clothespins. Toys, snowflakes and garlands need to be hung on... one of the team members. Let him spread his fingers and shine like a Christmas tree!

Yes! You can also hold a garland in your teeth.

Turn on the recording of the chimes (available on YouTube)! Whoever comes up with the funniest Christmas tree in 1 minute while the recording is going on wins!

Take a gift

Two participants. Two boxes (possibly from shoes) with prizes, wrapped in beautiful paper. Tie a ribbon (2 - 2.5 m) to each box, the other end to a pencil.

We put the participants on one line and give them pencils. 1-2-3! We begin to wind the tape around the pencil. The one who does it faster takes the prize.

You can joke too. Let a child and an adult compete. We put something very light in the “children’s” box, and in the “adult” box - dumbbell... Let him reel in! 🙂

Let's make a snowman... together!

You need softened plasticine. Two participants sit next to each other at the table, and you can hug. The left hand of one participant and the right hand of the other must act as if they were the hands of the same person.

How difficult it is... Try to pinch off a piece of plasticine, roll three balls between your palms (remember, two people are involved), then stick on a carrot and eyes.

Let each pair have adults and children, it’s more fun.

Snatch it up

It’s somewhat similar to a game with chairs, when some of the gape people have nowhere to sit. Just no chairs are needed - just a small table or stool with a tray on which there are carnival accessories - noses, glasses, wigs, caps. The one who doesn't get the decoration at the end of the music is eliminated. Naturally, the accessory must not only be grabbed, but also put on. For the second round, we put everything on the stool again and continue until 1 winner is identified. Here is an example of funny glasses and masks for such a competition.

Balloon contests

I will not repeat myself, as I have already written an article. In general, you can take them as a basis and hold all children's New Year's competitions only with balls.

Throwers, knockers, hits :)

There is no need for intelligence here, and it is quite possible to entertain guests from 3 to 103.

From experience, such competitions sometimes turn out to be very exciting. It’s hard to guess what exactly your guests will like, I’ll just list the options, and you decide on the available props and set aside a place for the game.

  • if there is any version of darts (magnetic, balls with Velcro), feel free to award a prize to the most accurate, there will definitely be interest in the competition
  • Skittles or plastic bottles filled with beans, peas or water are fun to knock down with a rubber ball at any age. Prize for winning New Year's bowling!
  • throwing “snowballs” from a newspaper into a basket (what if someone gets a 10 out of 10 result?). Distance - 2 meters!

Blindfold your eyes!

A standard set of comic competitions, but they are always a success on New Year’s Day.

Here are 3 options:

  • cut the prize from the ribbon (it’s more fun if you don’t tie the string to the cabinets, but give it to two guests - let them change the height after the player has stopped seeing the target. A blindfolded person will have to work harder, and it will make the observers laugh!)
  • sticking a plasticine nose to a drawn snowman is also not so easy (blindfold, spin, let the participant go to the poster with the drawing)
  • build a pyramid from plastic cups. Before blindfolding, we show the “drawing” of the tower - 4 inverted cups at the base, then three, two, one on top. The fastest and neatest builder wins

Comic concert!

We collect all music, circus and dance competitions here.

Noise orchestra

Great entertainment for a mixed group of adults and children from 2 to 12 years old. .

Poetic horoscope!

We remember what Symbols of the year are in the horoscope, let the guests name theirs. If there are 2 dogs or 3 snakes, joint execution is allowed.

Exercise: read Mikhalkov's poem

They say under New Year
Whatever you want -
Everything will always happen
Everything always comes true

How… rat, pig, dragon, snake, cat, dog, bull, tiger, horse, sheep, monkey, rooster!

Neon show

To be honest, it was unexpectedly impressive even for me, although I came up with this idea and implemented it. For seven children who celebrated the New Year with adults, I bought neon glowing accessories. Previously it was only bracelets, now there are glasses, beads, head decorations, ears and sticks. By the way, I bought earrings for myself.

So... I gathered the children in a separate room and dressed everyone, from toddlers to teenagers, in these decorations (bracelets for arms and legs are possible):

Then I turned on “Jingle Bells” in a rock version, turned off the lights in the room and launched all the glowing children. It was really cool as the kids started jumping and spinning around, the neon decorations seemed to fill the entire space. I'll tell you, light show it was no worse than those for which they pay a lot of money at corporate events :-). All these accessories are sold in almost all holiday tinsel stores.

Dance "Locomotive" + family disco

This is a reason to distract all guests from eating salads. We invite adults and children, line them up by height and ask them to put their hands on the waist of the previous dancer. This picture touches me. A long, long teenager may be standing in front, all the grandparents behind him, and the “last trailer” is a two-year-old baby. The video turns out great, don't forget to film it.

I must say, the train falls apart quite quickly, but this is also good for us, since the guests are already ready to dance a little. It’s boring to stomp along to one long song at a family party, so we turn on the following cuts from hits one by one (copy the link): http://muzofon.com/search/music%20for%20competitions.

New Year's karaoke (battle of the choirs)

As a rule, karaoke sites have a selection of winter songs. If not, put it in your “favorites” folder in advance so as not to search in New Year's Eve these songs:

  • “A Christmas tree was born in the forest, it grew in the forest...”
  • “The ceiling is icy, the door is creaky”
  • "Three White Horses"
  • “The little Christmas tree is cold in winter”
  • "Blue frost"
  • "Snow is falling"
  • "Five minutes":
  • "Song about bears"

Online karaoke sites have sections for New Year's songs; you don't need to search for each one separately.

Not everyone likes to sing solo, so you'll have four nominations: children's choir, women's choir, men's, mixed.

Dancing with obstacles

All guests stand on the right side of the room. We need plastic cups again. We build a low fence (2 floors) from them, which guests can easily overcome, dancing, moving to the left side of the room.

We are adding another “floor”. Everyone moves over the wall again, doing dance moves. We build this way until the participants need to jump. The most dexterous one wins a prize!

If there are no machines, we pull the rope (held by two people) at a height of 20, 30, 40, 50 cm from the floor, and so on.

Photo proofs

You will laugh twice. During the process itself and after some time, when you receive the finished pictures.

We use New Year's accessories and don't skimp on facial expressions and gestures!

For each guest you come up with a casting with photo tests for the role:

  • the kindest Santa Claus
  • the greediest Santa Claus
  • the most beautiful Snow Maiden
  • the sleepiest Snow Maiden
  • the most overfed guest
  • the most cheerful guest
  • the most cunning Baba Yaga
  • the most evil Kashchei
  • the most powerful hero
  • the most capricious princess
  • the biggest snowflake
  • and so on…

Little things from Santa Claus

In Europe, this entertainment is called “Secret Santa,” but we are patriots, we have our own wonderful grandfather. I came up with this legend... Santa Claus was walking through the forest with gifts, got caught on a branch, and slightly tore the bag. The big gifts remained in the bag, but the small ones fell out. We have selected them and will now give them to all guests!

We buy small and pleasant little things in advance and wrap them in opaque wrapping paper. Personally, to speed up the process, I simply put the souvenir in a square piece of paper, shape it into a bag and tie it with a ribbon. I've been purchasing all December - 2-3 items with each shopping cart in the store. By the end of the month I have a whole bag of kinders, liquid soap in the form of animal figures, candles, frames, calendars, chocolate bunnies, key chains and lanterns.

You ask “Who is this gift for?” You can pull pieces of paper from a hat, but my son likes to nominate the lucky winner himself: “Uncle Zhenya!” We give the gift, wait until he shows everyone the lost change from Santa Claus, then the next question “Who is this gift for?” Every time I am surprised with what trepidation guests wait for these gifts... Even adults :-).

Let's laugh and think

If you have a lot of adults at your party, buy ready-made collections with tasks on cards.

I honestly admit that I accidentally opened these wonderful cards with tasks at a ridiculous price. We were entertained by a real presenter, but I remembered the box with tasks... We laughed until we hiccupped, some words from related languages sound too funny to the Russian ear. Actually, they had to be guessed (options were proposed).

"Naughty guy"— 120 double-sided cards. Well, for example, who is “t-shirt” translated from Bulgarian? Mom, cousin or grandmother? Or what should you imagine if the word in Czech sounds like “hammer”? And there are all sorts of stinks, battles and darkness (these are all decent words in translation).

What else happens?

  • "Nonsense"- a collection of rare words of the Russian language (so rare that even from the proposed options it is difficult to choose the right one to clarify the meaning)
  • "Whymeter"— 120 questions with answers, such as “Why is there a camel on the flag of the Chelyabinsk region?”
  • "Cytatomer"— 120 cards on which you will be asked to complete a quote from a great person
  • "Personometer"— 120 cards with names. You just need to remember and choose the correct answer: Rabindranath Tagore is WHO?

Sets are available in bookstores in the “Entertainment” section.

Each participant in turn receives a card with a certain phrase, which will need to be depicted so that the others can guess what exactly the participant showed. Thus, the participant shows, the rest guess, then change to a new participant until everyone tries themselves in the role of an actor. Example phrases that cards may contain:
- poor student at the board;
- crying baby who wants to eat;
- angry dog;
- Santa Claus brought gifts;
- dance of little ducks;
- the street is slippery, and so on.

What is he like, this Santa Claus?

Elimination game. All participants stand in a circle. And, starting with any one (which will be considered the first after), the guys say one word of praise for Santa Claus. So, what is he like, our Santa Claus? Kind, magical, cheerful, beautiful, wise, sincere, generous, strong, good, bearded, mysterious, unusual and so on. Let the children show their imagination and tell everyone how they see the good wizard. And whoever doesn’t name is out. And the few guys who stay in the game until the end will receive the title of winner and prizes.

And New Year is not New Year

Children sit or stand in a circle. Santa Claus or the presenter announces that now is the time to remember all the necessary things and objects that are elements of the holiday. In a circle, each participant takes turns naming one object. For example, a clock, a TV, a Christmas tree, a garland, Santa Claus, snow, a gift, and so on. A participant who cannot name the object is eliminated. The one who has the last word wins.

Savvy answer

The presenter asks questions that relate to New Year's characters and school subjects at the same time, and the children answer and the smarter and more interesting the answer, the better. For example: how is the Snowman related to geometry? (it consists of balls). How is Santa Claus related to geography? (he flies all over the world and delivers gifts to children at every point, so he must know geography to a solid 5). How is the Snow Maiden connected to the Russian language? (she signs Greeting Cards for children and must do it competently). The more interesting the participant answers such questions, the greater his chances of becoming a winner.

Secret for Santa Claus

The guys are divided into teams of about 10 people. Each team stands in a row, one after the other. The first participants receive a sheet - a letter, the information of which must be conveyed to Santa Claus, for example, on December 31 in the evening, hares and squirrels, deer and wolves, children and adults are waiting for you at the Christmas tree! At the command “start”, the first participants convey the information as they memorized to the second participant in the ear, trying to do it quickly and not loudly, so that the opponents do not hear, and so on in the chain. The team that is faster than the rest and, most importantly, correctly conveys the information to Santa Claus (that is, the last participant must say the original text of the letter) will win.

Happy New Year

The guys are divided into teams of 11 people, each participant is given a felt-tip pen or marker. For each team, easels with whatman paper are located at the same distance. Each participant must jump in a bag, like a wolf in the cartoon “Well, Wait a minute!” to the easel and write one letter at a time so that at the end you get the phrase “Happy New Year.” So, at the command “start”, the first participants jump in a bag to the easel and write the letter “C”, then jump back and pass the baton to the second participants, the second write the letter “N”, the third - “O” and so on. The team that finishes the relay faster and writes “Happy New Year” will win.

When it's cold outside

The guys are divided into teams of 5 people. Each participant must wear mittens. Each team receives identical puzzle sets (preferably with a New Year's theme) with a small number of parts. At the command “start”, the teams begin to put together the puzzle using mittens. The team that completes it faster will win and receive a prize.

Cap

Children stand in a circle and, to the music, they begin to pass the New Year's cap around in a circle. When the music stops, the participant who still has the cap in his hands puts it on his head and completes the task of Santa Claus. Usually, children prepare poems or songs for Grandfather in advance, so there are no overlaps here.

Remove all the needles from the tree

Two blindfolded participants stand in a circle of fans. 10 clothespins are attached to each participant's clothing. At the leader’s command, the guys must help each other get rid of the clothespins as quickly as possible. Everyone takes part in turn, with clothespins being attached to different places each time.

New Year on one leg

All children stand at the Christmas tree and, at the command of the leader, take the “stand on one leg” pose. A funny New Year's song comes on and the guys start jumping - dancing on one leg without changing it. Whoever gives up is out, and whoever holds out until the end of the song wins.

The second New Year's script from Yulia is positioned as a New Year's script for teenagers. I can’t say how true this is, Yulia knows better, let me remind you, she is 13 years old, which means Yulia herself is in this age category...

It seems to me that such a New Year’s scenario for teenagers is well suited for a cool event at school... Where everything should be quite decent and restrained, but at the same time fun. And it will be fun! Because The script contains funny riddles and games that can amuse not only teenagers. Therefore, friends, read and take note of ideas for conducting festive event at home, at school or at work.

The New Year's scenario requires preliminary preparation:

  • The guys need to prepare small festive performances,
  • props for games and competitions,
  • symbolic prizes and gifts for everyone, for example, calendars for next year,
  • and also prepare musical accompaniment

New Year's scenario for teenagers for a cool event

Presenter 1:

— Good evening to everyone present here.
Long-awaited New Year
we meet together.
There will be a friendly round dance,
and poems and songs.

Let the lights on the Christmas tree
will light up brightly
Happy Santa Claus to everyone
will bring gifts.

Presenter 2: Hello, may this new year bring more joy to everyone!

Presenter 1:

Don't be afraid to get lost in love...

There is no need to be madly afraid - to fall in love,

There is no need to adhere to moral standards, -

Everyone has lost this morality a long time ago...

We are always ashamed of something, ashamed,

We are afraid to admit, we are afraid to get burned,

We suffer and hide our eyes from love,

And my heart is breaking, swimming in blood...

What can I say? And how will they answer me? ...

What will people in the world say?...

And how will our whole life be built?...

Question after question... just hang in there!

Years pass... we live as best we can...

We don’t dare give in to sudden love...

We are afraid to destroy everything we have,

Without true passion, we rust over the years...

We look for excuses for ourselves in everything -

And age... and appearance... it all has to do with it!

But time flies and it is merciless!

And we keep repeating - everything will calm down, okay...

And we get married, we get married... sometimes,

Not knowing what we are doing to ourselves...

And love cries - you won’t come back!

And everything could be decided by just one glance...

Presenter 2: You told some sad poems... But today is a holiday! Let's better have fun, rejoice and fool around.

Presenter 1: Come on! I suggest playing the game “Hold the Snowflake” to warm up.

Game "Hold the Snowflake"

To play you need:

  • Cotton wool.

Preparation: Lumps resembling a snowflake are made from cotton wool. Game: at the leader’s signal, the participants begin to blow from below onto the lump so that it flies like a snowflake.

The task is not to let the “snowflake” fall. The winner is the participant who keeps the “snowflake” in the air the longest….

(Approx.TL, perhaps cotton wool is still a rather heavy material - for this competition you can take fluff)

The winner is awarded some kind of memorable souvenir.
Presenter 2: But we are not just having a holiday! Today is New Year! I propose to invite the one in whose honor this celebration is (Santa Claus and Snow Maiden). Let's remember how we did this when we were in kindergarten and together we will call Father Frost and the Snow Maiden together!

All: Santa Claus! Snow Maiden!

Santa Claus: Hello guys, let's start having fun? (Yes!) I suggest singing a round dance and a song

(Potap and Nastya - don’t tear a needle from a pine tree.)

Snow Maiden: We sang great! Now, let's play! For example, a game called “I’ll go there, I don’t know where!”

Game “Go there, I don’t know where”

4 - 6 people are invited. Depending on the planned and pre-prepared signs.
Chairs are placed in a row. With your back to the audience.
Participants are seated on chairs.

Signs such as Bedroom, Toilet, Institute, Shop, etc. are hung on the backs of chairs.
Each participant in turn is asked questions like:
Why do you go there?
What do you usually do there?
Do you like to go there?
How often do you go there?
What's there? And so on.
Since the participants don’t see the signs, they answer whatever comes to mind.
It turns out funny and interesting.

(Small souvenirs for all participants)

Presenter 1: Well played! Did you like Grandfather Frost?

Santa Claus: oh, and I laughed a lot!

Presenter 2: I invite everyone who has prepared their numbers to perform.

Ded Moroz and Snegurochka: Please!!!

(children's performances)
Snegurochka: Well done, everyone - they performed great! Accept New Year's souvenirs for your interesting numbers (hands out presents)
Presenter 2: I want to invite you to play the game “Guess the melody”

Game "Guess the melody"

(the operator turns on the backing tracks one by one, and those present guess, you can only call a few people and only they will guess, prizes for those who guess)

Santa Claus: Yes, you know the songs well! Can you guess my riddles?!

Funny riddles

What do you cook but don't eat? (Lessons).
Why is the cat running? (On the ground).
Where does a cat go when it crosses the road? (To the other side of this road).
When is the best time for a black cat to sneak into the house? (When the door is open).

If a green ball is thrown into the Red Sea, what will it become? (Wet).
What kind of utensils are impossible to eat from? (From empty).

Presenter 1: Well done!

Presenter 2: I propose to play the game “Crocodile”

Game "Crocodile"

The class is divided into two teams.

One person from the team is shown an object or a sign with the name of the object. His task, without saying anything in words, but only by describing it with movements, is to show this object, so that the team guesses it. This is how several items are guessed in a row for each team. A certain amount of time is given to guess all the items. The team with the most guessed items during this time wins. (prizes for participants)

Presenter 1: You are good at guessing! Let's now guess our riddles!?

We will fight with... (Evil)
May your luck continue,
Let's leave it forever... (Envy.)
So that there are bright changes,
It's time to give up... (Treason.)

Presenter 2: So that money falls like heavenly manna,
We urgently need to get rid of... (Deception.)
To forget about discord and disputes,
Give up family (Quarrels.)
So that circumstances develop successfully,
We will not say offensive things out loud... (Expletives.)

Presenter 1: And now disco! (there is a disco)

Final words of the holiday

Presenter 1: I wouldn’t like to interrupt our fun, our holiday is coming to an end and I wanted to read you a few lines of poetry.

I believe this New Year
It will bring a lot of happiness.
We have a whole lot of luck
Prepared by Santa Claus.
Hid in his bag,
What we have wanted for a long time:
There is a lot of health, faith,
And love sits, probably.
Well, also, joy, laughter,
And, of course, success.
There is wealth and recognition
Beauty and charm.
Everyone in that bag will find
What you expect from life.
Will bring a lot of happiness
I believe this New Year!

Presenter 2: Indeed, the holiday has come to an end, I don’t want it to end. I also want to read a few lines to you!

New Year is my favorite holiday.
The whole country has fun!
Christmas trees are full of gifts,
The glasses are drunk to the bottom.
Bursting with treats
All family tables.
Each other has all the forgiveness
They ask for their sins,
And by twelve, wishes
They are in a hurry to make a wish.
Distances don't matter to them.
What a miracle, that ritual!
People believe in Santa Claus
That dreams will come true,
They believe that a miracle is possible.
So believe me, too!

Santa Claus: I really don’t want to leave, but I have to and I want to wish you

I wish you a Happy New Year
Live for many years without worries,
To have a lot of money
My heart didn't ache without Love,
So that, in defiance of fate,
You had both a stake and a yard!
So that your leisure time is not boring, -
Grandchildren and children galore,
Well, what’s most important -
The house would be full of friends!
Will be your home
Warm up with their warmth!

Snow Maiden:
Happy New Year with a new happiness,
Congratulations, friends!
Peace, joy, smiles,
I wish from the bottom of my heart!

Presenter1, presenter2, Santa Claus, Snow Maiden: Goodbye, happy new year!!!

New Year is coming
Open the doors.
He brings happiness to people.
For those who believe in fairy tales.

The chimes are striking and it is snowing.
Joy and laughter are everywhere.
May this New Year
We will wait for a miracle!

On the planet Santa Claus
Racing on reindeer.
We know, now we're serious
Magic will happen!

Tangerines smell delicious
The Christmas tree waves a branch at me,
And the frost paints a fairy tale
White chalk on glass.

May the holiday bring happiness
All adults and children.
And there are gifts under the Christmas tree
There will be for you and for me.

We have been waiting for this holiday for a long time.
Finally, New Year!
This means that gifts
Santa Claus will bring it to everyone.

Let the songs sound today
The kids are having fun.
May it bring happiness to everyone
This is a wonderful time.

Santa Claus is cheerful, like my dad,
And sometimes he laughs like a neighbor.
He comes to us in his father's slippers -
To tell the truth, a strange grandfather.

But he strictly fulfills his duties,
Gives me gifts every year
He knows about desires and tastes.
Maybe he has a file on us?

What should I tell you, grandfather? Thank you.
As you know, I study well.
If necessary, I am silent, like a fish,
If necessary, I’ll tell you a poem.

I listen to my parents, of course.
I’m waiting for the Christmas tree, the New Year, like when I was a child.
I know that he is elegant and funny,
Grandfather will come with a cotton beard.

He will shuffle again with his slippers,
He will say: “Happy New Year, dear!”
He will bring a big bag of gifts...
Apparently, my grandfather’s pension is great!

Who puts it under the Christmas tree
Any gifts for the New Year for everyone?
Father Frost? Does he exist?
Maybe it's the postman
He will bring me a gift
And will he quietly leave?
Or is it a sorcerer
Congratulations to all children.
No, of course, Santa Claus!
He has a potato nose
Warm big hat
The beard is gray in the snow,
A staff with a bright star,
He is cheerful and funny
He delivers gifts to everyone,
Doesn't ask for anything in return!

Believe in a fairy tale with all your heart
Calls for the New Year.
How can one not believe in her?
If there's something waiting for us under the tree

Everything you secretly wished for?

We'll sing and dance,
Disassemble, look at gifts,
Laugh at each other.

Santa Claus will light our Christmas tree,

And skipping out onto the street
The kids will rush off again.

I wish you a lot of happiness
Light, peace and goodness
On this New Year's holiday
To everyone who believes in miracles!

Happy holiday to you, bright moments,
Songs, round dances,
Santa Claus with a big gift
Let it come to you today!

Peace, happiness and health
I wish everyone a Happy New Year,
Let - I wish with love -
Magic lives in hearts!

The smell of tangerines in the house
Soaring. The Christmas tree is on fire.
The day seems terribly long
But he orders me to wait patiently.

Today is New Year's holiday,
Today is a miracle of miracles!
A day of laughter, beautiful and kind words.
The wizard hurries through the forest

With a bag of long-awaited gifts.
The New Year is about to come!
We are waiting for the most important congratulations
And the end of the troubles.

We wish you a wonderful day
Health, happiness and love,
So that you always, at any time
We managed to catch some luck!

There is white snow outside the window,
There is cheerful laughter in the yard,
These are joyful people
New Year awaits!

There will be celebration and fun,
Chimes, President.
All Russia is impatiently
This joyful moment awaits!

There will be dancing until you drop
And fireworks until the morning.
New Year has come to Russia.
New Year has come! Hooray!

We every year
New Year's Eve
We decorate the spruce brightly:
This is the tradition
And we know about it...
We believe in miracle magic,
We believe in Santa Claus
And every year
New Year's Eve
We open the doors...

Magic for the New Year
Will definitely come
You just have to believe in a fairy tale
And open the doors wider...
And then a miracle happens:
He'll come out of nowhere
And he will bring a gift,
He will say:
- Here is the New Year!

New Year's fairy tale
I knocked on the house
The Christmas tree sparkled
Magic light!

Wonderful holiday
Already near the gate,
Bright, long-awaited,
Wonderful New Year!

Let him be kind, generous,
Happy this year
To all the people on the planet,
May it bring joy!

A selection of games for the New Year's holiday at school, in the classroom, in the children's art center or at home.

Who loves chocolate?

Leading. “Now let’s see how attentive you guys are! I will ask you questions, and you answer: “I.” But be careful, sometimes it’s better to remain silent.

- So, who likes chocolate?

-Who loves marmalade?

-Who likes pears?

- Who doesn’t wash their ears? - the answer of the inattentive: “I am!”

General laughter. The presenter is exaggeratedly surprised: “Are there really children who don’t wash their ears? You must be joking! Listen and pay attention!”

- Who was walking down the street?

- Who fell into the puddle? - the answer of the inattentive: “I am!” But the majority are already silent, listening to questions. The presenter praises the children and continues:

- Who helped mom?!

- Who swept the floor?

- Who washed the dishes?

- Who broke the cup? - in response - laughter. There are almost no inattentive people left. This game delights children from 6 to 11 years old.

Silence is gold

The presenter explains: “Now I will tell you an entertaining story. You will be able to take part in my story. When I raise my hand, you can all say together: “Me too!” But we should remember that sometimes “silence is golden.”

The presenter tells a story something like this, pausing after each sentence:

“Once I went into the forest...

- I see a squirrel sitting on a tree...

— The squirrel sits and gnaws nuts...

- She saw me and let’s throw nuts at me...

- I ran away from her...

- I went the other way...

— I’m walking through the forest, picking flowers...

- I sing songs...

- I see a little goat nibbling grass....

- As soon as I whistle...

— The little goat got scared and ran away...

There are no winners in this game, the main thing is a cheerful mood.

Traps

One of the most favorite outdoor games for children. Moms and dads get the role of gates. They stand facing each other and raise their arms up, forming a gate. Children run in a circle and run under the gate. There should be several gates, one gate for 4-6 children. They are located at an equal distance from each other. At the command of the presenter “Run”, the children run under the gate. When the presenter says “Stop”! - the gates turn into traps, parents lower their clasped hands and catch one or two children. The caught children now become catchers themselves, joining hands with their parents, forming small round dances - traps. Now the round dance of children runs through these circles - traps. Gradually the traps are growing, and there are more and more guys being caught. In the end, everyone is caught, and if there are dodgers who were not caught, they can be awarded prizes. The game “Traps” is loved by children of all ages, from 5 to 13 years old.

The Traps game flows seamlessly into the next game, or rather creative competition entitled "The Sea Is Troubled".

Ocean is shaking

After playing traps, children stand in small round dances of 5-9 people. It may be that there are many more children in one trap, then the round dance teams need to be straightened out. It’s very good that each team had two adults. They will help children in a creative competition. This is a team competition, so each team must come up with a name.

So, the teams “Yolochka”, “Snowflake”, “Hawks” are competing. The presenter explains that while he says “The sea is worried - one, the sea is worried - two, the sea is worried - three!”, the participants in the game sway, depicting a sea wave. At the command of the presenter: “Sea figure - ship with sailors - freeze!” participants must present this living picture. Children and adults, especially in the first round of the game, may not immediately figure out how to complete the task. Therefore, the presenter should prompt the players that it is not necessary to hold hands, and you can also give time to prepare a living picture, saying: “Ship with sailors - one, ship with sailors - two, ship with sailors - three, freeze!”

For starters, the following tasks are good: “Flower Bed,” “Fairy Forest,” where each participant can express themselves individually. But the commands “Teremok with inhabitants”, “TV with a TV show”, “Three-headed dragon” require team interaction. The resulting living pictures are interesting in themselves. But it’s even more interesting to turn it into a mini-performance. So, for example, the presenter can knock on the little house and ask: “Who lives in the little house, who lives in the low house?” The answer can be very varied. From the classic little mouse to the Terminator. You can ask the person who answered to leave the tower and walk around, as required by the role. The sight of a bouncing bunny, a waddling bear, or a fussy mouse evokes universal approval. It’s very funny when three-headed dragons compete to see who roars louder or scares the most. So for the presenter’s imagination, for his improvisation, this competition provides ample opportunities. The game “The Sea Is Troubled” is good to play with children from 8 to 14 years old.

The winning team in this competition is determined by the number of points received for each live painting. But experience suggests that the guys express themselves so brightly and funnyly that it can be very difficult to identify the winner. Therefore, friendship most often wins here.

To move on to the next game, the host says: “You are creative guys. And now we are turning into a train. If I am a locomotive, then who are you? The children answer: “Wagons!” Presenter: “Stand behind me!” Children stand behind the leader. Accompanied by cheerful music, the “train” winds its way around the hall. The game "Merry Journey" begins.

Fun trip

The presenter suddenly brakes sharply and says:

- Stop! Red light! Is the driver happy or not?

Children answer:

- No! Leading:

- Right. He stomps his feet like this out of indignation and impatience.

The presenter and the children stomp their feet.

- And if it’s yellow, it claps its hands, we’ll be leaving soon. Like this.

Everyone claps their hands.

— And if it’s green, we shout “Hurray!” Go!

A fun train ride is accompanied by an angry stomp if the presenter announces “Red light!”, applause if the light is yellow, and a loud shout of “Hurray!” if the light is green. Riding a train is especially good because you can ride through all the rooms, and if it happens at a school, then through the school halls and even the stairs. In warm weather you can go outside.

Suddenly the presenter says:

- Station! And what an unusual name it has: “Prygalkino!” So everyone is jumping here. Who will jump higher!

The children jump with abandon. The leader commands:

- Go!

The journey continues. The stations replace one another: “Khokhotalkino”, “Kruzhilkino”, “Obnimalkino”, “Otgadalkino”... At the last station the guys sit down in their chairs, since here they need to show their knowledge and ingenuity.

Princess on the Pea

The host says that sometimes people don't realize that they are actually princes or princesses. And it also happens that they guess about it, but don’t know how to check. And today children have a rare opportunity to find out who is who? “First we’ll find out,” says the presenter, “if there are any princesses among us. Who wants to check? The girls raise their hands. The presenter calls one of the girls and says: “In the fairy tale “The Princess and the Pea,” the future princess felt a pea through 9 mattresses. Now the task is much simpler - you need to determine without using your hands how many lollipops you are sitting on.” The presenter puts a bag of lollipops (from 3 to 7) on the table and places the girl on it. Determining the number of lollipops is not easy. So that the loser is not offended, the presenter says: “No, you are not a princess, but a countess.” Not only girls, but also boys often want to participate in this competition. In this case, when the boy raises his hand, the leader says: “In order to choose the prince, we have the following competition in which the boy can show his strength in fair combat.”

Reach for the prize

The presenter places the winner of the previous competition (princess) on a chair facing the audience. The presenter says: “Now, in front of the princess, applicants for the role of the prince will compete. So, boys, who wants to show off their strength and agility? Two boys, approximately equal in strength and weight, grab each other's wrist with their right hand. Right hand they hold each other and left hand they have free space. Prizes are placed at an equal distance from them. Each of them needs to reach their prize, and this means dragging their opponent to their side. Or you can do this fun martial arts like this:

Take a rope 3-4 m long, or even better - wide braid or a canvas belt, connect the ends to make a ring. Participants in the competition are invited to put on this “strap” like barge haulers, but each of them will try to pull in their own direction in order to reach the prize, which is located half a meter from each player.

The winner receives the won prize from the hands of the princess. The loser gets something as a consolation prize. The princess and prince take over as hosts of the ball.

Walking boots

It would be unfair to forget about this exciting children's competition. It occurs especially often on New Year's holidays in kindergarten.

Two opponents are given very large adult felt boots. Children drown in them and really look like little boys in the boots of a cannibal. There are chairs in front of them at a distance of 3-5 m. At the leader’s command, the children “run” to the chairs, go around them and run back. The one who arrives first wins.

This competition can also be held as a team relay race. Then each player, when he comes running, must take off his “walking boots”, and the next one must put them on. Only then can he set off on his journey.

What page is the bookmark on?

This competition has long been deservedly popular. Both adults and children love him. The presenter shows a book that has at least 100 pages and that each of the children would like to have. Therefore, holiday organizers should be well prepared for this competition. The book should be hard cover, beautifully designed, well illustrated. The presenter shows the book, and all participants see in which part of it the bookmark lies. The presenter says how many pages there are in this book. After this the competition begins.

The presenter must pay attention Special attention to ensure that they do not shout from their seats, but raise their hand and say the page number only after the presenter’s permission. Otherwise, a situation may arise in which several people simultaneously claim the book. But in fact, in the 1st round there is almost never a winner, especially if the book has 300 or more pages. Then one of the participants or the presenter himself suggests playing the game “More - Less”. This is where complete silence is definitely needed. Answers will only be accepted by raising your hand. Another condition is that the presenter must indicate that when speaking about the page number, he means the right page. After the correct answer, the presenter shows the page on which the bookmark lies and hands the book to the winner.

Mister Calm

Two or three contenders for this title are called. They receive a box each and place it on their head. With the box on your head, you need to walk to the opposite wall or chair (5-6 m), turn around and come to your place. Almost all applicants easily cope with this task. Then they receive a second, and if successful, a third box. Rarely in my practice

who reached the fourth round. Usually "Mr" or "Miss Calm" was determined earlier. Although the competition is not complicated in appearance, there are always many people who want to take part in it. Before starting, you need to warn the children that it is not the one who came first who wins here, but the one who did not drop the boxes was calm and focused, despite the frantic “sickness” of the children around.

What if you want to run? Then in this competition you need to replace the boxes with a bag of sawdust or sand. Now you can arrange a running competition. This will be an extremely exciting and spectacular competition: all the running contestants look funny. If one of the competitors drops his luggage, he must stop, put the bag back on his head, and only then run on.

For mushrooms

What a delight - autumn mushroom picking! Both young and old love to pick mushrooms. In our game of mushrooms, apparently and invisible things have grown! There are 20-30 of them on the floor in the room. Mushrooms replace wooden or plastic cubes. Two guys with baskets in their hands compete in their collecting skills while blindfolded. Whoever finds the most wins. If these are team captains, then the players can give advice to their leaders. This game can be offered to very young children, only then there is no need to blindfold them.

Young firefighters

Two people compete. They sit on chairs at a distance of 2 m with their backs to each other. Jackets with sleeves turned inside out hang on the backs of chairs. This is "form". There is a rope under the chairs, the ends of which just reach the feet of the contestants. This is a fire hose. At the leader’s sign, the “young firefighters” put their “uniform” in order, put it on, fasten all the buttons, run around the chairs three times, while loudly counting: “One, two, three!”, sit on the chairs and pull the “firefighter” hose". In whose hands it remains, he is the winner, i.e. the “young fireman.”

Hedgehogs

Thirty clothespins are attached to a 1.5 m long rope. Two guys hold it above their heads. Two teams of children run up to the rope one at a time, like in a relay race. They take off one clothespin at a time and rush to the “hedgehogs” sitting on the chairs. Adults can act as hedgehogs. Children really enjoy playing with their parents. Children grab clothespins, run to their parents and attach them to any part of their clothes or to their hair. The team whose “hedgehog” bristles better and who has the most clothespins wins. It is very good to hold this relay race in an open area, so that the distance to the “hedgehog” is greater - about 10 m. Nowadays there are a lot of

multi-colored plastic clothespins. For this game, it is better to buy just these: the “hedgehogs” will turn out funny, and it will be interesting to take pictures with them.

This game has a continuation: the presenter invites the children to collect clothespins this time and attach them again to the rope. Only now they can do it not one by one, but all together. Children grab clothespins and hang them on a rope. The team that completes the task first wins. Rare children's party without this fun relay race.

"Mysterious" prize

The presenter gives the guys sitting at the table a voluminous package and says that there is a prize inside. But only those who complete the task hidden under the wrapper can receive it.

The person who wishes removes the wrapper and discovers a riddle written on a piece of paper and glued to the edges of the next wrapper. If the contestant knows the answer, he says it out loud. If the answer is correct, he can remove the next wrapper, but... under it is not a prize, but the next riddle. The one who guesses the riddle moves forward as long as his answers are correct. But if he does not know the correct answer, then he reads the riddle out loud.

The one who gives the correct answer continues the game. The more layers of wrapper there are, the more interesting it will be. There should be at least ten layers.

Throw the ball

The guys are divided into two teams. Between the teams there is a ribbon stretched at the height of the players' faces. There are 5-10 balls on one and the other side. The players' task is to throw all their balls to the opponent's side. It is forbidden to throw the balls to the wrong side under the tape. At the leader’s command “Stop,” children must freeze and put their hands behind their backs. The presenter begins counting the balls. Which side has fewer balls wins.

The game is very fun, dynamic, and evokes a storm of emotions that children sometimes cannot cope with. Therefore, the presenter must warn that if after the command “Stop” the children continue to throw the balls with their hands or push them with their feet, the offending team will be considered a loser. During the game, the balls often burst mercilessly, you don’t need to pay attention to this. The main thing is the end result.

Okhlupok

This is an old Russian game that survives today under various other names: “Pushinka”, “Feather”, etc. Teams stand against each other, a ribbon is placed between them. The players’ task is to blow the otkhluk (a small fluffy piece of cotton wool) onto the opponent’s side. The host conducts the throw-in. He throws the ash high over the heads of the players. The players blow it to the opponent's side.

Discipline is very important in this game. The presenter warns that the team that stands up for the ribbon and goes over to the enemy’s side is considered defeated. It is better if the players immediately put their hands behind their backs. The game is played according to volleyball rules, up to three defeats. The presenter must be very attentive. Children sometimes blow so hard that they get very tired.

Blow once

In this simple but fun competition, you can win a prize, as children sometimes say, by fu-fu. You just need to try and blow properly on... On what is at hand: on balls from a crumpled napkin, on corks from wine bottles, on empty matchboxes...

On a flat floor or an empty table, two objects are placed on one line, for example two empty matchboxes. The competitors stand at the same distance from them and, at the signal from the leader, blow strongly once. The one who blows again automatically loses. The one whose object flies farthest wins.

You can also compete like this: push a slightly empty cardboard box out of the box, put the box to your mouth (put it on, not put it in your mouth!) and blow hard. This is a competition to see whose “shot” will be longer. Or you can put some kind of target - a box, a bucket, a pan and, standing at full height, hit it from a certain distance. Each person is given five “shots”.

Tail

The host invites the game participants to sit on chairs and two team representatives to go to the middle. They wear a specially prepared ponytail with a pencil at the end. The pencil should not reach the ground, it should hang down at the back to approximately knee level. Two empty lemonade or champagne bottles are placed behind the competition participants. The task of the players is to lower the pencil into the bottle without using their hands. The competition begins at the command of the presenter “Start”. The leader must strictly ensure that the children do not help themselves with their hands.

Pass the pin

Players stand in one line, shoulder to shoulder (10-14 people). They start passing the pin to each other. At the presenter’s command “Stop,” the person who passed the pin and the one who received the pin at that moment take a step forward. One of them will not be able to continue the game. Who it will be will now be decided in the competition. The guys stand in front of the line with their backs to each other, at the command of the leader “March” they run around the line on both sides and return, trying to grab the pin. Whoever gets the pin first stays in the game.

The game continues until there are two people left in the line. These are the finalists of the game. They receive a small prize for winning and a competition takes place between them for the super prize of the competition. All players return to the line, and the fans are divided into 2 teams and support each of the finalists. Everyone tries to grab the pin first.

Younger kids like this game school age. The leader should pay special attention to ensure that the guys do not collide while running. Those who push are excluded from the game. Here is another outdoor game that is appropriate for this part of the holiday.

Fishermen

The presenter gives the participants fishing rods with magnets instead of hooks. To the fish cut out of cardboard lying in big box, either pieces of tin or large metal clips are attached. Fishermen put magnets into the box and catch fish. The one who catches the most fish wins. Sometimes fish are made in different sizes and are marked with different numbers of points. In this case, the one who scores more points wins.

Hare without a mink

This game is good when at least fifteen children participate in the holiday. The two participants are a homeless “hare” and a “wolf”. The rest of the guys are hares and their “houses”. Nine children stand in groups of three and join hands. It turns out three small round dances. These are three “houses”, each of which contains one “hare”. At the command of the leader, the hare begins to run away from the “wolf”. The "wolf" is trying to catch up with the "hare", but the "hare" is hiding in someone else's "house". But according to the rules of the game, there should not be more than one “hare” in the house. Therefore, as soon as a homeless “hare” jumps into a hole, the former owner must run out of the “house”. The “wolf” pursues a new victim until it catches some “hare”. Then the “wolf” and “hare” change roles.

This active, fun game is very popular with children from 6 to 14 years old. It requires a fairly large free space. But this game can be played at home if you have a free room.

I go, I go, I go, I lead the children with me

This is catch-up for the little ones. They can be played with children from 3 to 8 years old.

Children become a chain behind the leader. The presenter goes and says the following words: “I walk, walk, walk, leading the children with me, and as soon as I turn around, I immediately catch everyone.” When they hear the word “overfish,” the children run to a safe place called “city.” The city can simply be an empty space separated from the playground by a lying ribbon or rope, or it can be chairs that children must have time to sit on. When children run away, the leader must catch them. If the children are small, 3-5 years old, the leader must pretend that he is catching, but cannot catch. Otherwise, the child may become very upset as a result of this game.

The game goes well at home when the leader leads the children from one room to another for a long time, repeating the first two lines several times. When the cherished word “I’ll catch you” is uttered, the children, screaming, rush through the entire apartment to the saving city. This game is fun, emotional, and brings a lot of pleasure to young children. Having played catch-up, the children will gladly take part in competitions and attractions. Simple and a fun game for two people is a competition.

Triple trap

Two participants stand opposite each other, with a prize lying on a chair in front of them. The presenter counts: “One, two, three... one hundred!”, “One, two, thirteen... eleven!” etc. The winner is the one who is more attentive and first takes the prize when the presenter says: “Three!”

This game can be played differently. The presenter reads poetry:

I'll tell you a story

In one and a half dozen phrases.

I'll just say the word "three"

Take the prize immediately!

One day we caught a pike

We examined what was inside.

We saw small fish

And not just one, but... five.

A seasoned guy dreams

Become an Olympic champion

Look, don’t be cunning at the start,

And wait for the command: “One, two... march!”

When you want to memorize poems,

They are not crammed until late at night,

And repeat them to yourself,

Once, twice, or better yet... seven.

One day the train is at the station

I had to wait three hours.

Well, friends, you took the prize.

I give you a five.

If they don’t have time to take the prize, the presenter takes it: “Well, friends, you didn’t take the prize when you had the opportunity to take it.”

Running in a bag

There is probably no adult who has not participated in this competition at least once in his life. It seemed that this boring competition was forever a thing of the past. But no! Today it is increasingly found at public holidays and in school gyms. And the participants of the holidays respond to it with enthusiasm.

The essence of the competition is very simple: competitors put a bag on their feet, which they hold in their hands or tie on their belt. “Running” in a bag is only possible if you place your feet at the corners of the bag and stretch it well. In this case, the runner resembles a hobbled horse. Some people prefer to pull up a bag and jump like a kangaroo. In any case, a man running in a bag makes a very funny impression. At the same time, the excitement inherent in competition makes this competition as beloved as “Tug of War.” The one who reaches the finish line the fastest wins.

Hot - cold in German

I “spotted” this German folk game at Christmas. Two guys are competing. They are blindfolded. The presenter takes them to different ends of the room and turns them several times. Then he hands them wooden spoons. Children on all fours, tapping spoons in front of them, must find an overturned pot standing on the floor in the middle of the room. Under this pot, of course, is a prize. Fans can tell the contestants the direction of their search by saying: “hot - cold.” True, this more often hinders the guys than helps. They spin around in one place, jump next to the pot...

The game is very emotional and fun. The first one to hit the pot with a spoon is declared the winner. An important condition: you cannot rummage around with both hands; you can only look for the pot with one hand with a spoon.

Wherever the wind blows!

The presenter explains: “The weather vane indicates the direction of the wind. If the wind blows from the North, it turns to the South, if from the West, it turns to the East. You are all weathervanes. Let’s see if you can correctly point out which way the wind is blowing?”

The presenter shows the children where North, South, West, East are. The game begins. At first the presenter plays the game slowly, then faster and faster. When the guys begin to easily cope with the task, he adds the following rule: “If I say storm, you should spin like tops, and if it’s calm, freeze and not move. The most attentive ones win.

To the company - on assignment

The game begins with children dancing, jumping, running to cheerful music. Suddenly the presenter gives the task: “The company... is a boy and a girl!” All children must quickly go into pairs. Anyone who does not have time to find a partner is eliminated from the game. Presenter's team "Task - without company!" means everyone dances one at a time again. New task: “The company... is an odd number of people!”, and the children rush to complete the new task. The presenter can fantasize and come up with more and more new conditions: “Companies of 2 boys and 3 girls!”, “Companies by hair color,” “Companies of two, three, four,” etc. The rest outside the company drop out. The most attentive and efficient ones win.

Mysterious pouch

“They talk about the amazing abilities of some people, whose feelings are extremely developed,” says the presenter. “Let’s try to check the development of our feelings. For example, touch. To do this, you need to put your hand in this bag, feel for some object and try to determine what it is. Who is the bravest? Ask!"

The guys take turns trying to guess what is in their hand. If they succeed, then they take this item as a prize. The bag may contain: an apple, a chocolate bar, a lollipop, a candle, a cup, a felt-tip pen, etc.

Mighty Hurricane

This is fun for little kids. They sit on chairs in a row, and opposite them are the same number of empty chairs. The presenter says that the heroine of the fairy tale “The Wizard of the Emerald City,” Ellie, was carried away by a powerful hurricane to the Magic Land. This kind of hurricane will now carry children to opposite chairs, but only those about whom the presenter says.

“A mighty hurricane caught all the girls!” - The girls must spin around and run to the other side. “And now the hurricane has caught all the boys!” — it was the boys’ turn to spin. “A mighty hurricane has caught up with everyone who loves ice cream!” Etc.

But there may also be joke commands to test attention: “A mighty hurricane has caught everyone who likes to eat frogs”, “A mighty hurricane has caught everyone who doesn’t wash their face”, etc. Children who are playing too hard jump up without listening to the command and end up in a funny situation. position.

Possible commands: "A mighty hurricane has caught those who wear jeans... everyone who has cats... everyone who goes to school... those who are seven years old." This game should be in Father Frost’s repertoire, because he, the great wizard, knows how to blow the wonderful northern wind, and those on whom he blows will immediately be transported to a new place.

Tug of War

This common, fun, noisy game is most often played between children and parents. Children really enjoy competing with their parents; they have no doubt that they will win, and (of course, not without the help of their parents) they win. But it also happens that the participants of the holiday get so excited that a whole tug-of-war championship is organized between families, fathers, mothers, etc.

And we are going to the North

The presenter addresses the two teams: “Guys, we have received a telegram that our expedition needs urgent help at the North Pole. We need to send two brave, and most importantly, hardy guys to the north.”

When worthy guys have been chosen, the presenter says: “Now we need to dress our envoys so that they are not cold at the North Pole. After my command “Start!” Participants must dress their future polar explorers in the warmest clothes in 2-3 minutes. It is better to use only the clothes that the children are wearing. The result is two funny buns, which are very fun to take pictures with. You can also identify the winner by counting which team managed to put more “extra” clothes on their polar explorer.

Fanta

What it is? Children often confuse them with candy wrappers. But in the old days, no holidays were complete without forfeits. A forfeit is a kind of pledge that a participant in the game voluntarily gives to the host. Subsequently, these pledges are played out, that is, the presenter takes turns taking forfeits from a bag or from a hat, and one of the players, standing with his back to the presenter, announces what the owner of the forfeit should do. The one who comes up with tasks must be a creative person, not limited to instructions to just sing a song or recite a poem.

Samoyed dragon

A very energetic and cheerful game, in terms of fun and general excitement it is comparable only to tug of war. This game came to us from the east. Mass holidays in China, Korea, and Vietnam are very bright and emotional. The dragon is always the main character of mass games.

Here is one of such games. It requires a large free space. The more people take part, the better. All players stand one after another, placing their hands on the shoulders of the person in front or holding him tightly by the waist. The one who comes first gets the role of the “head” of the dragon, and the last one, of course, becomes the “tail”. At the command of the leader, accompanied by loud, rhythmic music (in the East, these are drums), the “head” rushes in pursuit of its “tail”. The column of players is as mobile as mercury, the dragon’s “body” wriggles like a real snake. The participants’ task is to not break away from their partner during any turn, sudden acceleration or stopping. The one through whose fault the snake disintegrated leaves the game, and the competition continues.

To catch the “tail,” the head resorts to all sorts of tricks: it abruptly changes the direction of the chase, the rhythm of the race. When the head manages to catch the tail, it becomes the head, and the last player becomes the tail.

When the game is played to music, the movements should be dance-like and correspond to the rhythm and character of the music. The guys stand sideways to each other, holding hands. Anyone who breaks the rhythm is excluded from the game.

Lucky ones

The presenter asks: “Are any of you lucky? Those who are especially lucky? Several hands go up. “We’ll check this now,” says the presenter and takes out a bag from which many multi-colored ribbons hang. “There’s a nice prize tied to one of these ribbons,” explains the presenter. “Let’s see who gets it.”

The guys pull out ribbons, but so far they only come across lollipops. This competition is designed for improvisation by the presenter. Here it is important to sometimes discreetly hold the ribbon with your hand so that the player feels like he is dragging something very heavy. You can ask the guys why they preferred this or that color. You can discreetly hold the ribbon with your hand and say that without solving the riddle or reciting the poem, it will not be possible to pull out the ribbon. This competition is good for any part of the holiday.

Cut the prize!

Threads 50-80 cm long are tied to a rope stretched horizontally at a height of 1.5-2 m. All kinds of prizes are attached to them. If the prize is too heavy, then an envelope with its name is attached. Contestants, one at a time, blindfolded and armed with large scissors with blunt ends (so as not to get hurt), try to cut off their prize. To make the task more difficult, the child is prohibited from helping himself with his right hand.

Auto racing

It is necessary to draw two stripes, indicating the start and finish. The same ropes will be useful for the game. We will tie a toy car to only one end, and tie the other end to the middle of a 30-centimeter stick (you can use part of a mop handle).

Two competitors try to wind the rope around the stick so quickly, rotating it with both hands, so that the machine tied to the other end reaches the finish line first.

In the astronaut's cabin

We know that an astronaut must have everything at hand. During a flight into space, you may need all sorts of items, and you need to be able to quickly take them. Moreover, the astronaut sometimes cannot leave his seat. The astronaut's chair is a chair, space objects are cubes or matchboxes. They are scattered on the floor at arm's length from the astronauts. Task: collect as many cubes as possible without getting up from your chair, without looking up from it. The task completion time is 30 seconds. Toddlers and middle schoolers play this game with abandon. Assembled boxes will be useful for the next simple and very exciting competition.

I am the best fireman!

Before the game starts, you need to give the children three pieces of clothing, which they must remember well. These clothes can be ridiculous to make it funnier.

When all the participants have become accustomed to the new costumes, they begin to walk to the music around the chairs standing in a circle, with their backs to the center. After the music stops, the “young firefighters” take off one item of clothing at a time and place it on the nearest chair.

The music sounds again, and the movement of the “firemen” continues until all three pieces of clothing are removed, which, naturally, end up on different chairs. This is where the fun begins.

The presenter shouts: “Fire!”, and the “firemen” begin frantically looking for their things and getting dressed. It is clear that the most efficient wins.

Cinderella

For this competition you will need to examine the contents of kitchen cabinets. You will need peas, beans, lentils, pumpkin seeds, rose hips, nuts, etc. All this must be mixed and offered to the competitors in equal piles. The goal is to sort out this mixture. The one who does it faster and more accurately wins.

For the guys older game becomes more complicated. You need to do the same thing, but blindfolded! The winner is the one who sorts out the most mixture with the fewest errors. This competition is timed.

What's your name, beauty?

At the beginning of the holiday, the host announces that the one who guesses the name of the doll, which is in a prominent place, will receive a prize. The doll's name is written on a piece of paper and placed in a sealed envelope, secured in the shape of the doll's purse (or maybe she is holding it in her hands). Nearby there is a small box or box in which everyone can put a piece of paper with their answer and their last name. If there are several identical answers, then everyone who answered correctly will receive a prize, or it will be played in an additional competition. If the correct answer is not received, the presenter gives a hint: “This is the name of a popular TV presenter,” or: “This name appears in the film...”

Guess how many?

Next to the doll you can place a transparent jar of nuts or caramels (in a wrapper). On the can there is an inscription: “Guess how much?” Children should put their answers written on a piece of paper in the same box where they put the answers with the expected name of the doll. The jar must be at least two-thirds full. The more items, the less likely it is large quantity the same answers. The results of both competitions are summed up simultaneously, at the end of the holiday. For correctly guessing the number of nuts or candies, the winner can receive the entire jar. This condition of the competition can be announced at the beginning of the holiday or written on the can. What if no one guesses the exact number? Then the winner can be called the one who indicated the number closest to the correct one.

Sprinkball

A very simple and very exciting competition. To conduct it, you need enough space on a flat floor or on a short-pile carpet, tennis balls and syringes (according to the number of participants).

Competitors drive the ball using an air stream from a syringe to the chair opposite, go around it and return to their place. The one who gets to the finish line first wins. The game is accompanied by fierce support from the audience.

Plans

This game always interests all children, they are ready to play it again and again. In addition, it can become the basis for a children's party scenario; it is especially good to display it in the summer outdoors, in the forest.

First you need to prepare several plans. Children, starting their search, are sure that there is only one plan and the prize is almost in their hands. But it was not there! Instead of the treasure, they find the following plan, which says that careful pirates, fearing treasure hunters, hid the treasures and they should be searched for new map. The next cache contains new plan, and only after the fourth or fifth false hiding place do the players finally get to the cabinet or box in which the prize lies. And again an obstacle! There is a lock on the cache, and instead of keys there is a note that, for example, says:

Your mind is as sharp as a needle!

The key to the lock on the bookshelf... (the word has either been erased or torn off).

Yes, your head is boiling,

The flower shop has the key...

Instead of one key, the guys find a bunch of all sorts of similar keys. (Parents should try to find old keys in their home storage rooms.) Having picked up the right key, the children finally get to the coveted treasure. This could be a birthday cake that the kids will proudly deliver to the table.

Football fan competition

What could be more popular than football? Today both old people and children are “sick”. Therefore, the guys will gladly respond to the invitation to show their sports erudition. Teams choose captains, they stock up on notepads and pens, and the competition begins.

The presenter invites the teams to remember all the words (nouns) and common phrases related to football and starting with a letter... The presenter names the letter. You are given 3 minutes for this task. Then the captains read their lists one word at a time. Words that have already been spoken cannot be repeated. Whoever has the most words on the list wins.

You can also play a football auction with the guys. In this case, all words are accepted, as long as they relate to football. A word or phrase can be pronounced only while the leader counts to three. The one who says the word last wins.

Here is an approximate small football dictionary:

Referee, attack, out, fan, banner, boots, sideline, gate, goalkeeper, goalkeeper pad, socks, goal, scorer, goalkeeper, defense, zone, game, inside, captain, team, linesman, line, match, attack , offside, pass, semi-final, crossbar, penalty, midfield, field, cross, whistle, free, sector, net, stadium, referee, score, scoreboard, half, underpants, round, corner, kick, final, flank, forward, T-shirt , center, champion, championship, quarter-final, post, penalty area, penalty area, etc.

Cinderella's shoes

This game is especially good when there are approximately equal numbers of boys and girls at the party. The girls' team is "Cinderellas", the boys' team is "Princes". All the “princes” leave the room for a minute, and the “Cinderellas” take off their shoes and randomly put them in one pile. Then the girls sit in a row on the sofa or chairs tightly pushed together, and the leading or helping parents cover them from the knees and above with a sheet or some kind of fabric, like a screen, so that the “princes” who enter see only the bare feet of the future “princesses.” "

Now the boys need to put each “Cinderella’s” shoes on as quickly as possible. Here you need to be very careful and remember what

Each girl came, what socks she was wearing, what kind of foot she had, big or small. Girls should not tell boys or interfere with their difficult task. After all, Cinderella in the fairy tale is a very modest, meek girl, and this is what distinguishes her from her sisters.

When the work is finished, the presenter announces the time during which the boys’ team completed their task, and now invites the girls to leave the room. The teams change roles.

Both teams will make mistakes, that is, they will put on someone else’s shoes for “Cinderellas” and “Princes.” This means that friendship won in this game, and the most important result is a cheerful mood and ringing laughter!

Smart salesman

It would be nice if the store clerks acted as efficiently as children during this game.

The competition participants are divided into two equal teams. Everyone takes off their shoes in the next room and puts them in a common pile. This is a store warehouse. After this, the players return back and turn into “buyers”. Team captains are “sellers”. Their job is to find out what shoes to bring and not make a mistake in choosing a pair.

At the leader’s signal, the children, one by one, begin to describe the shoes they need to bring. Naturally, they describe briefly and ask you to bring your pair. As soon as the information from the “buyer” is received, the “seller” immediately rushes to the “warehouse” and brings the desired pair. The player, i.e., the “buyer,” must behave as in a good store: do not grab the shoes, but only substitute his foot, the “seller” himself will put on his shoes. The “salesperson’s” task is to quickly bring shoes and put them on for all team members. If the “seller” brings the wrong pair, then, of course, he runs for another. While running around, the “salesperson” must behave correctly with his colleague, not push him, they should not collide at the door. And “buyers” need to briefly and accurately describe their shoes. The team whose captain finishes the job first wins.

Mummy

Those who sat at festive table Children will definitely want to stretch their legs. To play the game you need several rolls toilet paper, so that it is enough for several pairs to play. In this game, couples compete with each other. In each pair, one participant wraps the other from head to toe in toilet paper: the wrapping should be quite thick and continuous. Whoever does it faster becomes the winner.

The competition continues. Whoever unwinds his “mummy” faster will win.

Thermometer

This team relay game can shake up a bored group. Several teams compete. Each one has at least 5 people. Players hold a fake thermometer under their left hand (it can be replaced by a large empty one) plastic bottle) and pass it on to each other. You cannot change your hand. The fastest team wins.

Hen and kite

This is an old classic Russian game that our grandparents loved to play. There are 2 main characters in this game. The hen guards the chicks, who line up behind her with their arms tightly wrapped around each other. The first chick holds tightly to the hen's belt. The hen, with her wings spread out, does not allow the kite to approach her chickens. The chicks’ task is to keep up with the hen all the time and not break away from each other. The kite must deceive the hen and the chicks and, unexpectedly turning around, manage to spot the last chick. The kite can win without staining the chicken if the chain of chickens breaks. A spotted or detached chick becomes a kite. The game continues until all the chickens are caught. The duration of the game is determined by the presenter.

Third wheel

In this game, the more players, the better. After all, all players form a circle, standing in pairs - facing the center of the circle, the second behind the back of the first. If there are many participants, then you get a huge circle and an almost solid wall of players. One couple is running: one is running away from the other. You only need to run from the outside of the circle. The runner, sensing that he is being caught up, can escape the chase by standing third to any pair. But he needs to jump inside the circle and take a place in front of the first player of the pair. The one who became the third and has now become superfluous must take off and run away from the chase.

Substitution of players always occurs suddenly; here you must not yawn if the catching player is close. The one who is caught up becomes the driver himself and must now catch up. Children play until they get bored.

Chairs

A very popular and very old game at children's parties. She had many names. And even now there are many variations of this game. The rules are as follows: chairs are placed in a circle, the players sit on them facing the center, and the driver stands in the middle. At his command “Move!” children try to quickly move to another chair. This is the moment when the driver can take a seat. Since the driver cannot push or grab the players with his hands, he deliberately gives several commands in a row in order to create confusion and take the vacated space. At the same time, the driver does not have the right to give a new command if the players have not finished executing the previous one. The one who is left without a place becomes the driver or, for everyone’s joy, pays a forfeit.

Here is a more complex version of this game. All participants are divided into three or four (depending on the number of participants) groups. Each group is the name of a fruit. For example, “apples”, “plums”, “peaches”, etc. Let’s say there are 20 people playing the game. Then each group will have five people: 5 apples, 5 peaches, 5 plums, 5 pears.

Nineteen people sit in a circle, and the twentieth is in the middle, without a seat. He shouts, “Apples!” According to this command, only the “apples” must change places. The driver names the groups, trying to take the vacant seat and hoping that one of the players will make a mistake. If on command: “Plums!” When another “fruit” begins to act, it becomes leading. If the driver gives the command: “Salad!”, then all players change chairs. At any command, the driver can sit in the vacant seat.

Or you can play like this: there are fewer children sitting on chairs than there are chairs. One place is free. The driver strives to take this place, but the children do not allow him to do this, quickly changing seats from place to place. As soon as someone gapes, the driver sits on an empty chair, and his neighbor on the right or left becomes the driver.

Virtuosos

An educational game during which the children will remember the names of some musical instruments and how they are played. Virtuosos are, as we know, musicians who have reached the pinnacle of mastery of their instrument. They often know how to play several musical instruments. So our children will become like them while playing.

The presenter asks one of the participants to go into the next room or turn away and cover their ears. After this, he tells the guys that now they will become an ensemble of virtuosos who will play different instruments. First there will be an ensemble of violinists (the presenter shows in detail how the violin is played, and the guys repeat his movements), then there will be an ensemble of button accordion players, then everyone will play the piano, and at the end - the trumpet. The main thing is to carefully follow the leader and accurately repeat the movements. After this, the driver is called into the room, and the “virtuosos” demonstrate their skills to him. His task is to guess what instruments the guys played. This game requires some knowledge from the world of music, so it cannot be played with completely unprepared children. And if the children have some knowledge, then lesser-known musical instruments can be used in the game.

The game goes well during the game intermission during the concert-lecture. If the presenter has the opportunity, it is good to prepare a phonogram with a recording of the sound of these instruments and turn it on during the game.

Animals in the clearing

This fun and active game teaches children dexterity and attention. Half of the participants (and in this game there should be at least 15-20 children) stand in a circle at arm's length from each other. The result was a “clearing” and “trees” around it. The other half of the players - all except one, the “hunter”, are in the “clearing”, that is, inside the circle. These are "beasts". They dance, jump, have fun, but keep one eye on the “hunter” who is walking around the circle. Suddenly he runs into the circle and begins to “hunt,” that is, to spot the children. “Animals”, fleeing from the “hunter”, hide behind “trees”, that is, they stand behind the backs of those standing in a circle. The condition of the game is that only one “beast” can hide behind one “tree”. Those whom the driver tarnishes leave the game. After several rounds, the game ends, and a new hunter is selected from among the “killed”.

Soft baton

This is a well-known and popular competition all over the world and, perhaps, even boring, but, nevertheless, it is a rare children's holiday without it. A narrow path is laid out with ropes or ribbons. Two participants, armed with pillows, stand opposite each other on this path. At the leader’s signal, they begin to beat each other with their soft and light “clubs.” The winner is the one who forces the opponent to leave the track. You can make the fight more difficult if you invite your opponents to fight while jumping on one leg.

Who is stronger?

In this team game, children will test their strength by pulling each other across a line. To play, you need to draw three lines: one in the middle of the court and two parallel to it on the right and left. The players are divided into two equal teams, line up in two lines and stand opposite each other at their line. Players, standing friend opposite a friend, approach the midline, grab with your right hands (preferably by the wrists), and put your left hands behind your back. At the referee’s signal, players begin to pull opponents to their side, trying to drag them over the line behind their backs. The pulled player remains on the opponent's side for scoring purposes. The game ends when all players are drawn to one side or the other. The team that manages to win over more players wins.

The game can be made more difficult: a player who has pulled his opponent can help his teammate by taking him by the belt and pulling him along with him. You can also pull with both hands, holding each other by the shoulders.

The prize is to the studio!

The presenter has four opaque bags prepared, standing or hanging nearby. Each of them has one letter: “P”, “R”, “I”, “3”. Together they form the word "PRIZE". The presenter states that there is a prize in each of these packages! And its name begins with the letter indicated on the package. In the first round, the letter “P” is played. This means the prize starts with the letter “P”. The bag may contain a pencil case, a pistol, a locomotive, a cannon, a puzzle, a package, lipstick, a wig, a poster, etc. Prizes starting with the letter “P”: pen, belt, shell, elastic band, novel (book), shirt, backpack, roll (toilet paper), etc. You can win prizes throughout the holiday.
