Take a postcard or thick paper (necessarily double-sided) and cut out circles of the same size from it. You need to cut eight blanks. In order to outline the circles, you can use a small glass. Then make two more circles, but a little smaller.
Fold the blanks bigger size in half twice. The result will be a workpiece that is a quarter of a circle. Glue the four blanks made earlier onto the smaller circle. Then, carefully, so as not to break the craft, straighten the glued “pockets”.
If all the steps were performed correctly, you will have two parts of the toy. Before gluing the blanks onto a circle of small diameter, make sure that they are positioned correctly.

Then make 12 petals triangular shape. Fold the square-shaped piece of tape in half three times, folding it diagonally. Spread it slightly and you will have a petal.
Make two-color petals in the amount of 6 pieces. The white and blue squares need to be folded in half (diagonally), then put the blue one in the center of the white and wrap it around the white piece, then wrap the white piece of ribbon around the blue one and fold it in half.
From the glitter ribbon blanks you will make 42 miniature petals.
From blanks measuring 2.5 by 2.5 cm, make 6 petals: fold the blank diagonally, then turn each side up.
Wrap the paper snowflake blank with white ribbon and attach it to the hoop with a special gun. Cover the snowflake with petals.
Gather all the petals together. Attach white triangular-shaped petals to a two-color petal. There should be only 6 of them.
Three glossy petals need to be glued to each other.
Glue the “corrugated” sky-colored petals in a circle - so that it looks like a flower.
Treat the edges of the petals with a lighter so that they do not crumble: this must be done during production.
Connect all the parts. In a circle, insert a composition of glossy petals into each detail. In the center of the white flower, mark a sky-colored flower made from “corrugated” blanks.
The final stage is decorating the headband with beads.
